Description
Claims (5)
- 卵が第1固定機構内に収容され得るように、前記卵の周りで係合及び偏向するように構成される前記第1固定機構と、
前記第1固定機構に関して対向配置される第2固定機構であって、前記卵が前記第2固定機構内に収容され得るように、前記卵の周りで係合及び偏向するように構成される前記第2固定機構と、を備える卵移送システムであって、
前記第1固定機構及び前記第2固定機構は、互いに関して相対的な移動を通じて相互作用するように構成され、前記相互作用により前記第1固定機構と前記第2固定機構の間で卵を移送し、
前記第1固定機構及び前記第2固定機構は、前記卵が収容されることが可能な開放型構成を形成するために協同する複数の復元性部材を備え、
前記複数の復元性部材は、可撓性のある形状記憶材料で形成され、
前記複数の復元性部材は各々ループ状に形成され、
前記複数の復元性部材は、本体から延在する部分と、該本体から延在する部分の下端に接続され、ループ状ワイヤ部材によって画定された内部空間を通る長手方向軸線から外に向かってフレア形に広がっている弓状端部とを備える一対の脚部を有する、
前記卵移送システム。 - 前記第1固定機構及び前記第2固定機構のうちの少なくとも1つから、前記卵を解放するように構成される解放装置をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の卵移送システム。
- フレームと、
前記フレームに作動可能に係合され、上昇及び下降するように構成されるヘッドと、
前記ヘッドに作動可能に係合される複数の卵持上げ装置であって、それぞれの卵持上げ装置が、卵が前記それぞれの持上げ装置内に収容され得るように、卵の周りで係合及び偏向するように構成される第1固定機構を有する、前記複数の卵持上げ装置と、
前記卵持上げ装置に関して対向配置される複数の台座であって、それぞれの台座が、前記第1固定機構に関して対向配置される第2固定機構を有し、前記第2固定機構が、前記卵が前記第2固定機構内に収容され得るように、前記卵の周りで係合及び偏向するように構成される、前記複数の台座と、
を備える卵処理システムであって、
前記第1固定機構及び前記第2固定機構は、前記ヘッドの相対的な移動を通じて相互作用するように構成され、前記相互作用により前記第1固定機構と前記第2固定機構の間で卵を移送し、
前記第1固定機構及び前記第2固定機構は、前記卵が収容されることが可能な開放型構成を形成するために協同する複数の復元性部材を備え、
前記複数の復元性部材は、可撓性のある形状記憶材料で形成され、
前記複数の復元性部材は各々ループ状に形成され、
前記複数の復元性部材は、本体から延在する部分と、該本体から延在する部分の下端に接続され、ループ状ワイヤ部材によって画定された内部空間を通る長手方向軸線から外に向かってフレア形に広がっている弓状端部とを備える一対の脚部を有する、
前記卵処理システム。 - 請求項1に記載の卵移送システムを使用した卵を移送する方法であって、
第1固定機構に関して対向配置される第2固定機構内に配置された卵と相互作用するための前記第1固定機構を有する卵持上げ装置を下降させること、
前記卵持上げ装置の前記第1固定機構を前記卵と接触させること、
前記卵の周りで前記固定機構を偏向させることによって、前記第1固定機構内に前記卵を収容すること、
前記第2固定機構から前記卵を持ち上げるために、前記持上げ装置を上昇させることを含む、前記方法。 - 本体と、
前記本体から延在する固定機構であって、卵の持上げのために前記卵が前記固定機構内に収容され得るように、前記卵の周りで係合及び偏向するように構成され、可撓性のある形状記憶材料で形成された複数のループ状ワイヤ部材を有しており、前記ループ状ワイヤ部材は、前記本体から延在する部分と、該本体から延在する部分の下端に接続され、前記ループ状ワイヤ部材によって画定された内部空間を通る長手方向軸線から外に向かってフレア形に広がっている弓状端部とを備える一対の脚部を有する前記固定機構と、を備える、卵持上げ装置。
