Abstract
111,229. Hesketh, F. April 2, 1917. Hatching-appliances. - An egg-tray for an incubator is comprised by bars a, a<2> extending be. tween end members a<1>, the eggs being held between spring wire loops b, b<1> which are so mounted on the bars as to tend to turn in towards one another. The loops can be slid along the bars to accommodate eggs of various sizes. In turning the eggs the tray is turned over with the eggs, the eggs in the turned-over position resting on the bottom of the incubator. The egg-tray may be divided up into several sections which may be interchanged in position. To test the eggs the section containing them is passed in front of a testing light.
