Description

前記一体型セラミックスカード体が、ジルコニア、アルミナ、べリリア、セリア、セラミド、炭化物、ホウ化物、窒化物、及びケイ化物のうち1つ又は複数を含む、付記2に記載の取引カード。
(付記5)
前記ジルコニアが、イットリウム安定化ジルコニアである、付記4に記載の取引カード。
(付記6)
少なくとも1つのセキュリティ特徴部をさらに含む、付記4に記載の取引カード。
(付記7)
前記少なくとも1つのセキュリティ特徴部が、スルーホール、窓、マイクロテキスト、及び発光体からなる群より選択される、付記6に記載の取引カード。

Claims (17)
- 第1側と第2側とを有する金属基材層、及び
前記金属基材層の前記第1側の全体に接続された第1セラミックス層であって、樹脂結合剤中に配置されたセラミックス粒子を含む硬化された溶射コーティングを含む第1セラミックス層
を含む取引カードであって、前記第1セラミックス層を貫通して前記金属基材層の中に延びている1つ又は複数のポケットを有する、取引カード。 - 前記1つ又は複数のポケットが、磁気ストライプ、接触チップモジュール、デュアルインターフェイスチップモジュール、ブースターアンテナ、ホログラム、署名パネル、商業的証印、バーコードを含む光学機械が可読なデータの表示、及び非接触チップモジュールのうち少なくとも1つを収容するように構成された、請求項1に記載の取引カード。
- 前記第1セラミックス層が、ケイ化物、窒化物、炭化物、ホウ化物、ジルコニア、アルミナ、べリリア、及びセリアの酸化物を含む酸化物、イットリウム安定化ジルコニア、並びにそれらの組み合わせからなる群の1つ又は複数の化合物を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の取引カード。
- スルーホール、窓、マイクロテキスト、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つの特徴部をさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の取引カード。
- 前記第1セラミックス層上に配置された少なくとも1つのレーザーマーキングされた特徴部をさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の取引カード。
- 前記少なくとも1つのレーザーマーキングされた特徴部が、セキュリティ特徴、レーザーを用いたデジタル署名、少なくとも1つの粗面、又はそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項5に記載の取引カード。
- 前記第1セラミックス層中に1つ又は複数の発光体をさらに含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の取引カード。
- 前記1つ又は複数の発光体が、入射光の波長を高周波数に変換するか又は低周波数に変換するように操作可能な蛍光体を含む、請求項7に記載の取引カード。
- 前記発光体が、識別マークを画定する固有のパターン中に配置された、請求項7又は8に記載の取引カード。
- 前記発光体が、NaGdF4:Yb/Tm、Y2SiO5:Pr/Li、Y2O3:Eu、LaPO4:Ce/Tb、有機/無機ハイブリッド材料、量子ドット、及びCUドットからなる群より選択される、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の取引カード。
- 前記第1セラミックス層中に、前記取引カードに色を付与するのに十分な1つ又は複数の顔料をさらに含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の取引カード。
- 前記第1セラミックス層が、少なくとも1つの粗面部をさらに含み、前記粗面部が、(a)前記粗面部に接着して接続された少なくとも1つの特徴部を含むか、又は(b)前記第1セラミックス層の非粗面部よりインク又は染料を受けやすく、ユーザーの署名を受けるように構成された、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の取引カード。
- 前記第1セラミックス層の非粗面上に配置された磁気ストライプをさらに含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の取引カード。
- バーコードを含む光学機械が可読なデータの表示をさらに含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の取引カード。
- 前記第1セラミックス層が70%超の光透過性を有する、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の取引カード。
- 前記第1セラミックス層が一体型のカード体を含む、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の取引カード。
- 前記金属基材層の前記第2側に接続された第2セラミックス層をさらに含む、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の取引カード。
