Description
(第1の実施の形態)
図1は本発明の第1の実施の形態に係るスイッチング電源装置を示す回路図である。また、図2及び図3は関連技術に係るスイッチング電源装置においてスペクトラム拡散を行った場合の課題を説明するための説明図である。
Vout=Duty×Vin
いま、スペクトラム拡散動作によってスイッチング周波数が変動し、スイッチング周期T1がT2に変動するものとする。スイッチング周期の変化によって出力電圧Voutも変化するが、スイッチング周期の変化に対して出力電圧のフィードバックによって得られる制御AMP信号の変化は遅く、スイッチング周波数が変化しても制御AMP信号のレベルは周波数変動前のレベルを維持してしまう。従って、PWM信号のパルス幅Td1は変化せず、スイッチング周期のみが変化することから、結果としてスイッチング周波数の変化に応じてデューティ比が変化する。
ΔV=(VOUT/VIN)×(T2−T1)×GiV×(S+Se) …(1)
なお、S=(VIN−VOUT)/Lである。
V=α・Td1=α・β・T1 …(2)
また、V+ΔV=α・Td2であり、Td2=(V+ΔV)/αである。この式に上記(2)式を代入すると、下記(3)式が得られる。
Td2=(α・β・T1+ΔV)/α …(3)
上記(1)式は、補正電圧ΔVがデューティ比とスロープ信号の傾きと(T2−T1)との積で得られることを示しており、(3)式を変形して下記(4)式が得られる。
Td2={α・β・T1+α・β(T2−T1)}/α=β・T2 …(4)
即ち、この(4)式は、Td2/T2=β(=Td1/T1)を示しており、出力電圧VOUTが変化しておらず、周期T1,T2を除く上記(1)式の各項が変化していない場合には、周期の変化に拘わらず、デューティ比は一定であることを示している。
(第2の実施の形態)
図6は本発明の第2の実施の形態を示すブロック図である。図6において図1と同一の構成要素には同一符号を付して説明を省略する。
Claims (5)
- スイッチングによって入力電圧から得たパルス出力に基づくエネルギを出力コイルに蓄積しながら出力コンデンサを充電して負荷を駆動するスイッチ回路と、
PWM信号のデューティ比に応じて前記スイッチ回路をオン,オフ駆動する駆動信号制御回路と、
前記負荷に供給される出力電圧と基準電圧とを比較して誤差検出信号を発生する誤差検出アンプと、
前記出力コイルに流れる電流に基づいて生成され前記PWM信号の周期でレベル変化を開始するスロープ信号と、前記PWM信号の周期の変動に応じたオフセットとを加算する第1の加算器と、
前記第1の加算器により前記オフセットが加算された前記スロープ信号と前記誤差検出信号との比較によって前記PWM信号を発生して前記駆動信号制御回路に与える比較器と、
スペクトラム拡散のために前記PWM信号の周期を変動させる制御部と、
前記オフセットを、前記PWM信号の変動した周期の差分と前記スロープ信号の傾きとの積演算を含む演算に基づいて発生して前記第1の加算器に与えるスペクトラム拡散補正回路とを具備するスイッチング電源装置。 - スイッチングによって入力電圧から得たパルス出力に基づくエネルギを出力コイルに蓄積しながら出力コンデンサを充電して負荷を駆動するスイッチ回路と、
PWM信号のデューティ比に応じて前記スイッチ回路をオン,オフ駆動する駆動信号制御回路と、
前記負荷に供給される出力電圧と基準電圧とを比較して誤差検出信号を発生する誤差検出アンプと、
前記誤差検出信号と、前記PWM信号の周期の変動に応じたオフセットとを加算する第2の加算器と、
前記出力コイルに流れる電流に基づいて生成され前記PWM信号の周期でレベル変化を開始するスロープ信号と前記第2の加算器により前記オフセットが加算された前記誤差検出信号との比較によって前記PWM信号を発生して前記駆動信号制御回路に与える比較器と、
スペクトラム拡散のために前記PWM信号の周期を変動させる制御部と、
前記オフセットを、前記PWM信号の変動した周期の差分と前記スロープ信号の傾きとの積演算を含む演算に基づいて発生して前記第2の加算器に与えるスペクトラム拡散補正回路とを具備するスイッチング電源装置。 - 前記出力コイルに流れるコイル電流を検出する電流検出回路を具備し、
前記スロープ信号は、前記電流検出回路が検出した前記コイル電流と補償信号とに基づく傾きに生成される請求項1又は2に記載のスイッチング電源装置。 - 前記スペクトラム拡散補正回路は、前記入力電圧、前記出力電圧及び前記出力コイルのインダクタンスに基づいて前記オフセットを求める請求項1又は2に記載のスイッチング電源装置。
- 前記スペクトラム拡散補正回路は、前記入力電圧の値を計測し、前記出力電圧及び前記出力コイルの値を前記制御部から取得する請求項4に記載のスイッチング電源装置。
