クレアチンセンサ及び/又はクレアチニンセンサの較正並びに/あるいは品質制御のための基準流体を収容する密封袋であって、
内側ポリマー層及び外側ポリマー層と、
前記内側ポリマー層及び前記外側ポリマー層の間の酸化アルミニウム気体遮断層と、そして更に
アクセスプローブによって穿通されるように適合された封止要素を備え、
前記内側ポリマー層は、前記基準流体と接触しており、前記基準流体はクレアチン及び/又はクレアチニンを含む、密封袋。

前記密封袋の内側に設けられており、前記密封袋の縁部に本質的に平行に延びており、前記密封袋が前記アクセスプローブによって貫通される際に、前記密封袋を支持するように適合されている長手方向支持要素と、
を備えている、基準流体袋アセンブリ。
Claims (21)
- クレアチン及び/又はクレアチニンセンサの較正並びに/あるいは品質制御のための基準流体を収容する密封袋であって、
内側ポリマー層及び外側ポリマー層と、
前記内側ポリマー層及び前記外側ポリマー層の間の酸化アルミニウム気体遮断層とを備え、
前記内側ポリマー層は、前記基準流体と接触しており、前記基準流体はクレアチン及び/又はクレアチニンを含む、密封袋。 - 前記内側ポリマー層と前記外側ポリマー層との間に、第1の追加ポリマー層を更に備えている、請求項1に記載の密封袋。
- 前記第1の追加ポリマー層は、前記外側ポリマー層と前記酸化アルミニウム層との間に位置決めされている、請求項2に記載の密封袋。
- 第2の追加ポリマー層及び更なる酸化アルミニウム層を更に備え、前記第2の追加ポリマー層及び前記更なる酸化アルミニウム層は、前記外側ポリマー層と前記第1の追加ポリマー層との間に位置決めされている、請求項2又は3に記載の密封袋。
- 前記更なる酸化アルミニウム層は、前記第1の追加ポリマー層と前記第2の追加ポリマー層との間に位置決めされている、請求項4に記載の密封袋。
- 前記内側ポリマー層は、ポリオレフィンである、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の密封袋。
- 前記外側ポリマー層は、二軸延伸ポリアミドである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の密封袋。
- 前記第1の追加ポリマー層及び前記第2の追加ポリマー層は、ポリエチレンテレフタレートである、請求項4又は5に記載の密封袋。
- 前記酸化アルミニウム層は、40〜60nmの厚さを有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の密封袋。
- 前記更なる酸化アルミニウム層は、40〜60nmの厚さを有する、請求項4、5及び8のいずれか一項に記載の密封袋。
- 前記内側ポリマー層は70〜90μmの厚さを有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の密封袋。
- 前記外側ポリマー層は、10〜20μmの厚さを有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の密封袋。
- 前記第1の追加ポリマー層は、10〜15μmの厚さを有する、請求項2〜5、8及び10のいずれか一項に記載の密封袋。
- 前記第2の追加ポリマー層は、10〜15μmの厚さを有する、請求項4、5、8及び10のいずれか一項に記載の密封袋。
- 各ポリマー層は、二軸延伸ポリマーである、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の密封袋。
- 前記基準流体は、CO2、O2、K+、Na+、Ca2+、Cl−、グルタミン酸、乳酸塩、ヘモグロビン、及び尿素からなる群から選択される、少なくとも1種の構成成分を更に含む、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の密封袋。
- 前記密封袋の内側表面に取り付けられた支持要素を更に備えている、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の密封袋。
- 前記支持要素と前記密封袋の前記内側表面とは、同じ材料から作製される、請求項17に記載の密封袋。
- 前記支持要素は、アクセスプローブを受容するための少なくとも1つの通路を備えている、請求項17又は18に記載の密封袋。
- 較正並びに/あるいは品質制御のためのクレアチン及び/又はクレアチニンセンサアセンブリであって、
請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の密封袋と、
アクセスプローブを備えているアクセスシステムと、
クレアチン及び/又はクレアチニンセンサと、
を備える、クレアチン及び/又はクレアチニンセンサアセンブリ。 - 基準流体袋アセンブリであって、
