Description
Claims (8)
- 高炉出銑口の第1及び第2波長放射エネルギーを測定し、前記第1及び第2波長放射エネルギーに基準放射率を適用して温度を測定する温度測定部と、
ズーム機能を備え、前記高炉出銑口の画像を得るカメラと、
前記画像からスラグと溶銑を識別して、前記スラグと前記溶銑の割合を算出する画像処理部と、
前記画像処理部により算出された割合と前記基準放射率に対応する基準割合の間の差に対応する補正温度を前記温度測定部によって測定された温度に適用して最終温度を算出する補正部と、
前記画像処理部の画像分析の結果に基づいて前記カメラのレンズを制御して撮影範囲の調整を行い、前記カメラを駆動させて撮影範囲の調整を行う制御部と、
を有してなることを特徴とする高炉出銑口温度測定装置。 - 前記補正部は、前記高炉出銑口において前記スラグが前記溶銑に比べて多いほど、前記最終温度が高くなるように前記補正温度を生成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高炉出銑口温度測定装置。
- 前記画像処理部は、前記画像において、第1及び第2基準輝度(brightness)よりも高い輝度を有するピクセルと、第1基準輝度よりも高く、第2基準輝度よりも低い輝度を有するピクセルの割合を算出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高炉出銑口温度測定装置。
- 前記画像処理部は、前記画像において、第1基準輝度よりも低い輝度を有するピクセルのセットを背景として識別し、前記第1基準輝度よりも高く、第2基準輝度よりも低い輝度を有するピクセルのセットを前記溶銑として識別し、前記第1及び第2基準輝度よりも高い輝度を有するピクセルのセットを前記スラグとして識別することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高炉出銑口温度測定装置。
- 前記画像処理部は、前記画像において、第1基準輝度よりも低い輝度を有するピクセルのセットを背景として識別し、前記背景の境界の位置にそれぞれ対応する基準線1及び基準線3を設定し、前記基準線1と前記基準線3の間に位置するように基準線2を設定し、前記基準線2の一部を含む分析領域を設定した後、前記分析領域において、第2基準輝度よりも高い輝度を有するピクセルと、前記第2基準輝度よりも低い輝度を有するピクセルの割合を算出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高炉出銑口温度測定装置。
- 前記制御部は前記画像における前記背景の位置または前記背景の割合に基づいて前記カメラの撮影範囲を制御することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の高炉出銑口温度測定装置。
- 前記画像処理部は、前記画像の最大輝度、最小輝度、及び平均輝度のうち少なくとも一つに従属する前記第1及び第2基準輝度を設定することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の高炉出銑口温度測定装置。
- 前記画像処理部は、前記画像の最大輝度、最小輝度、及び平均輝度のうち少なくとも一つに従属する前記第1及び第2基準輝度を設定することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の高炉出銑口温度測定装置。
