Description
本出願は、完全に説明されるかのように引用により本明細書に組み入れられる、2015年12月18日出願の米国特許仮出願第62/269,499号の、非仮出願であり、その優先権を主張するものである。
本発明は、非鉄材料、特にアルミニウム及びマグネシウムの鋳造物に使用するための方法及び組成物に関する。より具体的には、本発明は、鋳物砂と共に1つ又はそれ以上の無機塩の使用法に関する。好ましい使用法は鋳物砂の被覆とすることができる。無機塩は低い融点を有し得ることが好ましく、単一塩又は塩の共融組み合わせとすることができる。好ましい無機塩は、ハロゲン化物アニオン、特にフッ化物アニオンを有する。
Claims (15)
- 金属加工のための鋳造鋳物を製造するための成形材料混合物であって、
自由流動性の難燃性成形材料と、
使用時に混合され硬化される2成分系として準備される結合剤と、
を備え、
前記難燃性成形材料は、400℃〜500℃の範囲に共融点を示す無機塩の混合物で被覆されている、
成形材料混合物。 - 前記自由流動性の難燃性成形材料は鋳物砂を含む、請求項1に記載の成形材料混合物。
- 前記2成分結合剤系は、二酸化硫黄ガスによって硬化されるエポキシ−アクリル結合剤である、請求項1に記載の成形材料混合物。
- 前記無機塩の混合物は、3つの無機塩の混合物である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の成形材料混合物。
- 前記混合物内の前記無機塩の各々は、1A族カチオンを有する、請求項4に記載の成形材料混合物。
- 少なくとも1つの前記無機塩の前記1A族カチオンはカリウムである、請求項5に記載の成形材料混合物。
- 前記無機塩の各々の前記1A族カチオンはカリウムである、請求項6に記載の成形材料混合物。
- 前記混合物中の前記無機塩の各々は、アニオンとして、ハロゲン化物アニオン又はホウ素若しくはチタンのフッ素錯体を有する、請求項5に記載の成形材料混合物。
- 前記混合物中の前記無機塩の各々は、アニオンとしてフッ素を有する、請求項8に記載の成形材料混合物。
- 前記混合物中の前記無機塩の各々は、500℃より高い個々の融点を有し、前記無機塩のうちの少なくとも2つは、700℃より高い個々の融点を有する、請求項5に記載の成形材料混合物。
- 前記難燃性成形材料は、420℃〜460℃の範囲に共融点を示す無機塩の混合物で被覆されている、
請求項1に記載の成形材料混合物。 - 前記無機塩の混合物は、重量で、
59%のフッ化カリウムと、
29%のフッ化リチウムと、
12%のフッ化ナトリウムと、
から成る混合物であり、
前記混合物は460℃の共融点を有する、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の成形材料混合物。 - 前記無機塩の混合物は、重量で、
50%のホウフッ化カリウムと、
47%のヘキサフルオロチタン酸カリウムと、
3%の塩化カリウムと、
から成る混合物であり、
前記混合物は420℃の共融点を有する、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の成形材料混合物。 - 金属加工のための鋳造鋳物を製造するのに使用するための難燃性成形材料を調製する方法であって、
自由流動性の難燃性成形混合物を得るステップと、
400℃〜500℃の範囲に共融点を示す無機塩の混合物を得るステップと、
前記難燃性成形混合物と前記無機塩の混合物とを、500℃〜700℃の範囲の温度において、前記無機塩の混合物で被覆された結果として得られる前記難燃性成形混合物の前記自由流動性を維持する様式で、接触させるステップと、
前記被覆された結果として得られる難燃性成形混合物を大気温度まで冷却するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記無機塩の混合物は、重量で0.3%〜0.4%の量で前記難燃性成形材料と接触させられる、請求項14に記載の方法。
