Description
図1を参照して、本発明の一実施形態の殺菌力の測定装置について説明する。図1に示すように、本発明の実施の形態1の殺菌力の測定装置10は、測定部11と、この測定部11に色素を添加する注入部12と、測定部11を照射する光源13とを備えている。
図3を参照して、本発明の実施の形態2の殺菌力の測定装置について説明する。図3に示す実施の形態2の殺菌力の測定装置20は、基本的には図1に示す測定装置10と同様の構成を備えているが、フォトセンサ21をさらに備えている点において主に異なっている。
本発明の実施の形態3は、実施の形態1または2の殺菌力の測定装置10、20及びその測定方法を備える、電解水を生成する装置及び生成方法である。
本発明の実施の形態4は、実施の形態1の殺菌力の測定装置10及びその測定方法を備える、食品洗浄装置及び洗浄方法である。なお、本実施形態の洗浄は、殺菌を目的としている。
実施の形態4の変形例の食品洗浄装置は、上記特許文献1の食品洗浄装置において、測定容器の代わりに図3に示す実施の形態2の測定部11を備える測定装置20が配置される。
Claims (7)
- 次亜塩素酸(HClO)および次亜塩素酸イオン(ClO − )を含む電解水の殺菌力を測定する方法であって、
電解水に次亜塩素酸(HClO)および次亜塩素酸イオン(ClO − )と反応し、かつ、塩素(Cl 2 )および塩素イオン(Cl − )とは反応しない色素を添加する工程と、
前記色素との呈色反応により、殺菌力を測定する工程とを備える、殺菌力の測定方法。 - 前記色素は食紅である、請求項1に記載の殺菌力の測定方法。
- 前記測定する工程では、呈色反応を目視またはフォトセンサで測定する、請求項1または2に記載の殺菌力の測定方法。
- 前記添加する工程では、前記色素により電解水を着色し、
前記測定する工程では、前記色素が添加された後の電解水が無色になったことにより、殺菌力を測定する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の殺菌力の測定方法。 - 次亜塩素酸(HClO)および次亜塩素酸イオン(ClO − )と反応し、かつ、塩素(Cl 2 )および塩素イオン(Cl − )とは反応しない色素を含む溶液を充填した容器と、
次亜塩素酸(HClO)および次亜塩素酸イオン(ClO − )を含む電解水を充填する測定部と、
前記測定部に前記容器に充填された色素を添加する注入部とを備え、
前記測定部において、前記色素との呈色反応により殺菌力を測定する、殺菌力の測定装置。 - 前記測定部を照射する光源をさらに備える、請求項5に記載の殺菌力の測定装置。
- 前記色素が添加された後の電解水に光を照射して、電解水への透過後の光を受光することで、光の強度をデジタル変換するフォトセンサをさらに備える、請求項5に記載の殺菌力の測定装置。
