Claims (15)
- 自動車用のパーキングブレーキアクチュエータ(3)を有する電気ドラムブレーキシステムであって、パーキングブレーキアクチュエータ(3)が、アンカープレート(2)の外側(12)に配置されており、そして回転駆動中に、回転可能で軸方向に不動にギヤユニットハウジング(8)を介してアンカープレートに支持された駆動ナット(14)を駆動し、この駆動ナットが、回転不能で軸方向に移動可能にギヤユニットハウジング(8)内に軸受けされたスピンドル装置(9)のスピンドルを駆動し、このスピンドルは、操作ケーブル(5)を介して少なくとも1つのブレーキシュー(6a,b)に、ブレーキシューがブレーキドラムの方向の操作運動又は逆方向の解除運動を実施し得るように作用する構成を有し、更に電気ヒューマンマシンインターフェース及び/又は電気制御ユニット用の少なくとも1つの電気インターフェースを有するものにおいて、
モータシャフト自由端(27)に回転不能に連結されたヘリカルホイールピニオン(28)を有するモータ(7)のモータシャフトに沿った軸A1が、駆動ナット(14)と回転不能に連結されたヘリカルホイール(29)を含めたスピンドル装置(9)の軸A2と互いにほぼ直角に配置され、互いに軸間隔Xを置いて、ヘリカルホイールピニオン(28)とこれと噛合う斜歯を付けたヘリカルホイール(29)だけを有するパーキングブレーキアクチュエータ(3)のヘリカルホイールギヤユニット段を規定し、モータ(7)とギヤユニットハウジング(8)との間に、少なくとも1つの回転防止手段(31)が設けられていること、及び、パーキングブレーキアクチュエータ(3)が、ギヤユニットハウジング(8)内のモータシャフト軸受手段によるヘリカルホイールピニオン(28)の片持ち式の軸受手段を有し、ギヤユニットハウジング(8)内で、モータシャフト自由端(27)に緊急軸受(41)が付設されていること、を特徴とする自動車用のパーキングブレーキアクチュエータ(3)を有する電気ドラムブレーキシステム。 - 軸A1が、鉛直かつホイール回転軸Dに対して垂直に整向されていること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車用のパーキングブレーキアクチュエータ(3)を有する電気ドラムブレーキシステム。
- 軸A2が、ホイール回転軸Dに対してねじれの位置でアンカープレート(2)に対してねじれの位置に整向され、操作ケーブル(5)が、少なくともアンカープレート(2)の内側(13)で3次元曲線Rに沿って湾曲されて方向転換され、それ以外はほぼ水平に案内されて配置されていること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車用のパーキングブレーキアクチュエータ(3)を有する電気ドラムブレーキシステム。
- ギヤユニットハウジング(8)が、電気インターフェース(50)を含めた隆起したモータドーム(36)を有する桶状のギヤユニットハウジング下シェル(8a)と、隆起したギヤユニットドーム(37)を有するギヤユニットハウジングカバー(8b)を備え、桶状のギヤユニットハウジング下シェル(8a)の軸A1と、ギヤユニットハウジングカバー(8b)の軸A2が、互いにほぼ直角かつ所定の軸間隔Xを置いて位置ズレされて設けられていること、を特徴とする請求項3に記載の自動車用のパーキングブレーキアクチュエータ(3)を有する電気ドラムブレーキシステム。
- ドラムブレーキ用の油圧供給手段、電気ケーブルに関する全てのインターフェースが、まとめてアンカープレート(2)の、ホイール回転軸Dの上に配置されているセクタ内に配置されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の自動車用のパーキングブレーキアクチュエータ(3)を有する電気ドラムブレーキシステム。
- パーキングブレーキアクチュエータ(3)が、ヘリカルホイールギヤユニット段を有すること、を特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の自動車用のパーキングブレーキアクチュエータ(3)を有する電気ドラムブレーキシステム。
- モータシャフト軸受手段が、半径方向力と軸方向スラスト力の両方を受け止める少なくとも1つの転がり軸受を有すること、を特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の自動車用のパーキングブレーキアクチュエータ(3)を有する電気ドラムブレーキシステム。
- ギヤユニットハウジング(8)内のモータシャフト軸受手段とスピンドル装置(9)の軸受手段が、軸方向力と半径方向力の両方を伝達する固定軸受装置の形態の其々少なくとも1つの転がり軸受を有すること、を特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の自動車用のパーキングブレーキアクチュエータ(3)を有する電気ドラムブレーキシステム。
- 少なくとも1つの転がり軸受が、軸受アウタリングでもって、ギヤユニットハウジング下シェル(8a)の収容部内の座内に収容及び固定され、これにより、ヘリカルホイール歯部から生じる半径方向力成分と軸方向に向けられたスラスト力成分の両方が、直接的にギヤユニットハウジング下シェル(8a)へ導入されること、を特徴とする請求項8の特徴による自動車用のパーキングブレーキアクチュエータ(3)を有する電気ドラムブレーキシステム。
- モータ(7)と、ギヤユニットハウジング下シェル(8a)との間に、少なくとも1つの回転防止手段(31)が設けられていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の自動車用のパーキングブレーキアクチュエータ(3)を有する電気ドラムブレーキシステム。
- 噛合い係合式の回転防止手段(31)が、少なくとも1つの突出部(32)を有し、この突出部が、付設されたモータ(7)の空所(33)に係合すること、を特徴とする請求項10に記載の自動車用のパーキングブレーキアクチュエータ(3)を有する電気ドラムブレーキシステム。
- ヘリカルホイールギヤユニットの領域内で、モータ(7)に、ギヤユニットハウジング(8)内に支持された調心フレーム(34)が別個に付設されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の自動車用のパーキングブレーキアクチュエータ(3)を有する電気ドラムブレーキシステム。
- ギヤユニットハウジング下シェル(8a)内で、モータシャフト自由端(27)に緊急軸受(41)が付設されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の自動車用のパーキングブレーキアクチュエータ(3)を有する電気ドラムブレーキシステム。
- 緊急軸受(41)が、ヘリカルホイールギヤユニットの歯の噛合い部に直径上で対向して、プラスチック材料から成るギヤユニットハウジング下シェル(8a)の一体的なモータシャフト収容部(42)として形成されていること、を特徴とする請求項13に記載の自動車用のパーキングブレーキアクチュエータ(3)を有する電気ドラムブレーキシステム。
- 緊急軸受(41)の領域で、ギヤユニットハウジング(8b)内に、潤滑剤リザーバ(43)が設けられていること、を特徴とする請求項13又は14に記載の自動車用のパーキングブレーキアクチュエータ(3)を有する電気ドラムブレーキシステム。
