Description
圧縮比制御部182は、所定の契機となったか否かを判定する。所定の契機となっていなければ、当該段差抑制処理を終了する。所定の契機となっていれば、S202に処理を移す。なお、所定の契機の一例としては、エンジン100の始動時、停止時、エンジン100の駆動時間が所定時間に達したこと等が挙げられる。
圧縮比制御部182は、段差検出処理を遂行する。
接触検出部184は、油圧室154aの油圧について、所定期間の上昇幅が閾値よりも大きいか否かを判定する。油圧の上昇幅が閾値以下であれば、当該段差抑制処理を終了する。油圧の上昇幅が閾値よりも大きければ、S206に処理を移す。
圧縮比制御部182は、段差縮小研磨処理を遂行する。

Claims (5)
- シリンダライナが形成されたシリンダと、
前記シリンダライナ内に設けられるピストンと、
前記ピストンに設けられたピストンリングと、
前記シリンダライナの内周面に形成された段差と前記ピストンリングとの接触に応じた検出信号を出力する検出部と、
前記検出信号に応じて、前記ピストンリングが段差を超える位置に、前記ピストンの上死点位置または下死点位置を制御する圧縮比制御部と、
を備えるエンジン。 - シリンダライナが形成されたシリンダと、
前記シリンダライナ内に設けられるピストンと、
前記ピストンに設けられたピストンリングと、
前記シリンダライナの内周面に形成された段差と前記ピストンリングとの接触に応じた検出信号を出力する検出部と、
前記検出信号に応じて、前記ピストンリングが段差を超えない位置に、前記ピストンの上死点位置または下死点位置を制御する圧縮比制御部と、
を備えるエンジン。 - 前記ピストン、ピストンピン、および、クロスヘッドのいずれかに設けられた油圧室を備え、
前記検出部は、前記油圧室の油圧変化を検出する請求項1または2に記載のエンジン。 - 前記検出部は、前記シリンダライナの振動の振幅を検出する請求項1または2に記載のエンジン。
- 前記圧縮比制御部は、所定の契機で、前記ピストンの上死点位置を下死点位置と反対側に移動させる、もしくは、前記ピストンの下死点位置を上死点位置と反対側に移動させる段差検出処理を遂行する請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のエンジン。
