Claims (6)
- 複数の係合機構を有し、前記複数の係合機構の係合および解放の状態に応じて複数のギヤ段が設定される変速機が、駆動力源の出力側に連結されている車両の変速制御装置において、
前記係合機構の係合および解放を制御するコントローラを有し、
前記コントローラは、
前記車両の車速を含む駆動データに基づいて目標ギヤ段を算出し、
複数の前記係合機構の全てを解放した全解放状態で前記車両が走行しており、かつ、運転者の加速要求または減速要求が発生した際に、前記駆動データに基づいて所定の前記目標ギヤ段が算出された場合に、前記目標ギヤ段が、前記目標ギヤ段が算出された直前の前記駆動データから算出される初期ギヤ段より低速側のギヤ段か否かを判断し、
前記目標ギヤ段が前記初期ギヤ段より低速側のギヤ段であることが判断された場合には、前記初期ギヤ段を設定する制御を行うことなく前記目標ギヤ段を設定するように前記係合機構を係合させる制御を行い、
前記目標ギヤ段が前記初期ギヤ段より低速側のギヤ段でないことが判断された場合には、前記初期ギヤ段を設定するように前記係合機構を係合させる制御を行う
ことを特徴とする車両の変速制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両の変速制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記初期ギヤ段より変速比が大きくかつ前記目標ギヤ段より変速比が小さく、しかも初期ギヤ段からは1つの所定の係合機構を解放するとともに他の1つの係合機構を係合させることにより設定でき、また前記目標ギヤ段には1つの他の所定の係合機構を係合させるとともに更にまた他の1つの係合機構を解放させることにより設定できる中間ギヤ段を算出し、
前記中間ギヤ段が算出された場合には、前記全解放状態から前記目標ギヤ段を設定する過程で前記中間ギヤ段を設定するための係合機構を係合させる
ことを特徴とする車両の変速制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の車両の変速制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記中間ギヤ段が複数算出された場合には、変速比が前記目標ギヤ段に近いギヤ段を前記中間ギヤ段とする
ことを特徴とする車両の変速制御装置。 - 請求項2または3に記載の車両の変速制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記全解放状態から前記目標ギヤ段を設定する過程で前記中間ギヤ段を設定するための前記係合機構を係合させる場合、前記初期ギヤ段と前記中間ギヤ段と前記目標ギヤ段とのいずれのギヤ段でも係合させる第1係合機構、前記初期ギヤ段では解放し前記中間ギヤ段および前記目標ギヤ段で係合させる第2係合機構、前記初期ギヤ段と前記中間ギヤ段と前記目標ギヤ段とのうち前記目標ギヤ段のみで係合させる第3係合機構の順となるように係合制御の実行の順位を決めて前記係合制御を行う
ことを特徴とする車両の変速制御装置。 - 請求項2または3に記載の車両の変速制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記変速機の入力回転数を読み込み、
前記中間ギヤ段を設定するための係合機構のうち前記目標ギヤ段では解放される駆動力保持クラッチを係合させ、
前記入力回転数が前記中間ギヤ段での同期回転数から前記目標ギヤ段での同期回転数に増大する間、前記駆動力保持クラッチを所定のトルク容量を持つように係合させる
ことを特徴とする車両の変速制御装置。 - 請求項4に記載の車両の変速制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記係合制御を行う前記順位が同じになる係合機構が存在する場合、前記順位が同じになる前記係合機構の係合制御を時間差を設けて実行する
ことを特徴とする車両の変速制御装置。
