Description
(1)光入射凸点及び光出射凸点を設置することで、レンズ体の中心を通った光線を屈折によって拡散させ、レンズ体の中心での輝度の過大を回避する。(2)光反射性塗膜がレンズ体の中心を通った光線の強度を反射によって低下させ、中心領域での輝度を調節するために光透過孔が光線の一部の出射を許容する。(3)フレネルリング溝により、光反射底面を必要以上に自由曲面にすることなく水平に設置し、その結果、レンズ体の厚さをさらに薄くする。(4)スパークによる粒状表面を用いて迷光を処理する場合には、レンズ体から均一な光スポットを投光する。(5)円弧形状凹部、光出射円弧面、光入射頂面及び光入射側面を設置することで、光線をさらに屈折させて光線の出射角度をより大きくする。(6)レンズ体の照射距離を6mmにする。(7)光出射凸点と円弧形状凹部とを組み合わせることで、光出射頂面を必要以上に自由曲面にすることなく水平に設置し、その結果、レンズ体の厚さをさらに薄くする。
前記光出射側面20は、複数の光出射平面21及び複数の光出射円弧面22の両端が接続されてなる。本実施例では、光出射側面20が4つの光出射平面21及び4つの光出射円弧面22のそれぞれの両端が接続されてなることが好適である。なお、光出射頂面10及び光出射円弧面22により、レンズ体aの取付けの位置決めに用いる位置決め段差23が構成される。

Claims (7)
- バックライトレンズであって、
中心軸に対して回転対称となるレンズ体を含み、
前記レンズ体は、いずれも水平に設置される光出射頂面及び光反射底面と、垂直に設置される光出射側面とを含み、
前記光出射側面の上縁及び下縁は、それぞれ前記光出射頂面の外縁、光反射底面の外縁に連結され、
前記光反射底面の中心には、光源取付穴が設置され、
前記光源取付穴の内壁は、光入射面であり、
前記光入射面の下縁は、前記光反射底面の内縁に連結され、
前記光出射頂面の中心には、上向きに凸になる光出射凸点が設置され、
前記光入射面の中心には、下向きに凸になる光入射凸点が設置され、
前記光出射頂面の中心領域の表面には、光反射性塗膜が塗布され、
前記光反射性塗膜には、複数の光透過孔が設置され、
前記光出射頂面の中心には、前記光出射頂面内における前記光出射凸点を囲む円状の部分を下向きに湾曲して凹ませた円弧形状凹部が設置され、
前記光出射側面は、複数の光出射平面及び複数の光出射円弧面の両端が接続され、
前記光出射頂面及び前記光出射円弧面により、前記レンズ体の取付けの位置決めに用いる位置決め段差が構成されていることを特徴とするバックライトレンズ。 - 前記光出射凸点及び光入射凸点の表面は、いずれも円弧面であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトレンズ。
- 前記光出射凸点は、前記光反射性塗膜で覆われるか、または前記光透過孔に挿着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトレンズ。
- 前記光反射性塗膜の形状及び光透過孔の位置は、前記光出射頂面の中心に対して回転対称となることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトレンズ。
- 前記光反射底面には、前記光反射底面の中心を円心とするフレネルリング溝が複数設置され、
前記フレネルリング溝の表面には、スパークによる粒状表面が設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトレンズ。 - 前記光入射面は、光入射頂面及び光入射側面からなり、
前記光入射側面の上縁及び下縁は、それぞれ前記光入射頂面の外縁、光反射底面の内縁に連結され、
前記光入射凸点は、前記光入射頂面の中心に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトレンズ。 - 前記光出射頂面には、取付孔が設置され、
前記光出射側面には、取付段差が設置され、
前記光反射底面には、取付脚が設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトレンズ。
