Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係る電気車制御装置を含む電気車駆動システムの構成図である。図1は、直流電気車への適用例である。図1に示すように、実施の形態1に係る電気車駆動システム80は、入力回路3と、第1の駆動群50と、第2の駆動群52とを有する。第1の駆動群50は第1の駆動制御系を構成し、第2の駆動群52は第2の駆動制御系を構成する。第1の駆動群50及び第2の駆動群52は、電気車の走行を制御する。
図7は、実施の形態2に係る制御装置4Aの詳細構成を示すブロック図である。実施の形態2に係る制御装置4Aは、電圧制御部30Aと、誤配線検出部40Aとを備える。
図9は、実施の形態3に係る制御装置4Bの詳細構成を示すブロック図である。実施の形態3に係る制御装置4Bは、電圧制御部30Bと、誤配線検出部40Bとを備える。
Claims (4)
- 誘導モータと、前記誘導モータを駆動するインバータと、前記誘導モータに流れるモータ電流を検出する電流検出器と、トルク指令値、検出された前記モータ電流に基づいて算出した電圧指令値、並びに、算出した前記電圧指令値及び検出した前記モータ電流に基づいて算出した速度推定値に基づいて前記インバータを制御する制御装置と、を有する駆動制御系を複数備え、複数の前記駆動制御系によって電気車を走行制御する電気車制御装置であって、
各前記制御装置は、
前記電気車の走行速度を前記誘導モータの回転速度に変換し、変換された前記回転速度と、前記速度推定値とに基づいて、前記誘導モータの誤配線を検出する誤配線検出部を備えたことを特徴とする電気車制御装置。 - 前記誤配線検出部は、
前記回転速度と前記速度推定値との偏差の絶対値を演算する演算部と、
前記偏差の絶対値と基準値とを比較し、前記偏差の絶対値が前記基準値よりも大きいときに誤配線が生じていると判定して誤配線検出信号を出力する判定部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気車制御装置。 - 誘導モータと、前記誘導モータを駆動するインバータと、前記誘導モータに流れるモータ電流を検出する第1の電流検出器と、トルク指令値、及び検出された前記モータ電流に基づいて算出した電圧指令値に基づいて前記インバータを制御する制御装置と、を有する駆動制御系を複数備え、複数の前記駆動制御系によって電気車を走行制御する電気車制御装置であって、
複数の前記駆動制御系に含まれる複数のインバータの入力側に流れる電流の合計を検出する第2の電流検出器を備え、
各前記制御装置は、
前記トルク指令値を用いて、正常時に前記インバータの入力側に流れる電流の合計値を算出し、算出された前記電流の合計値と、前記第2の電流検出器の検出値とに基づいて、前記誘導モータの誤配線を検出する誤配線検出部を備えたことを特徴とする電気車制御装置。 - 前記誤配線検出部は、
前記トルク指令値を用いて前記電流の合計値を演算する演算部と、
前記電流の合計値と、前記第2の電流検出器の検出値との偏差の絶対値を演算する演算部と、
前記偏差の絶対値と基準値とを比較し、前記偏差の絶対値が前記基準値よりも大きいときに誤配線が生じていると判定して誤配線検出信号を出力する判定部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電気車制御装置。
