Description
ニッケル粉末(伝導度が約14.5MS/mであり、相対透磁率が約600程度であり、平均粒径が約10〜20μm程度)とエチルセルロースを約1:1の重量比でメチレンクロリドに入れ、自転・公転ミキサーを使用して混合することによって、スラリーを製造した。前記製造された混合物を、約200μm程度の厚さでクォーツ(quartz)プレート上にコーティングして構造体を製造し、コイル形状の誘導加熱器で電磁場を前記構造体に印加して焼結することによって、金属フォームを製造した。この際、電磁場は、約350Aの電流を約380kHzの周波数で印加して形成し、印加時間は、約3分程度であった。前記製造された金属フォームの気孔度は、約65%であり、そのSEM写真は、図1に示した。
エチルセルロースの代わりに、ポリエチレンカーボネートを使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同一に金属フォームを製造した。製造された金属フォームの気孔度は、約45%であり、そのSEM写真は、図2に示した。
エチルセルロースの代わりに、ポリビニルアルコールを適用し、メチレンクロリドの代わりに、水を適用したことを除いて、実施例1と同一に金属フォームを製造した。製造された金属フォームの気孔度は、約52%であった。
ポリエチレンオキシドをエチルセルロースの代わりに使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同一に金属フォームを製造した。製造された金属フォームの気孔度は、約57%であった。
Claims (12)
- 当該物質の透磁率μと真空中の透磁率μ 0 の比率μ/μ 0 である相対透磁率が90以上である電気伝導性金属を含む金属成分および有機バインダーを含む構造体を焼結する段階を備え、
前記有機バインダーは、アルキルセルロース、ポリアルキレンカーボネート、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリアルキレンオキシドまたはポリビニルアセテートであり、
前記構造体は、前記金属成分100重量部に対して80〜400重量部の前記有機バインダーを含み、
前記構造体の焼結は、前記構造体に電磁場を印加して前記電気伝導性金属から熱を発生させる誘導加熱によって行い、
前記電磁場は、100kHz〜1,000kHz範囲内の周波数で電流を印加して形成する、
金属フォームの製造方法。 - 前記電気伝導性金属は、20℃での伝導度が8MS/m以上である、請求項1に記載の金属フォームの製造方法。
- 前記電気伝導性金属は、ニッケル、鉄またはコバルトである、請求項1に記載の金属フォームの製造方法。
- 前記構造体は、前記電気伝導性金属を、重量を基準として30重量%以上含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の金属フォームの製造方法。
- 前記電気伝導性金属は、平均粒径が5μm〜100μmの範囲内にある、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の金属フォームの製造方法。
- 前記構造体は、前記金属成分100重量部に対して90〜350重量部の前記有機バインダーを含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の金属フォームの製造方法。
- 前記構造体は、前記金属成分と前記有機バインダーを含むスラリーを使用して製造する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の金属フォームの製造方法。
- 前記構造体は、フィルムまたはシート形状である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の金属フォームの製造方法。
- 前記フィルムまたは前記シートの厚さが5,000μm以下である、請求項8に記載の金属フォームの製造方法。
- 前記電磁場は、100A〜1,000A範囲内の電流を印加して形成する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の金属フォームの製造方法。
- 前記電磁場は、150kHz〜900kHz範囲内の周波数で電流を印加して形成する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の金属フォームの製造方法。
- 前記電磁場は、1分〜10時間の範囲内の時間で印加する、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の金属フォームの製造方法。
