また、正逆回転時の騒音特性を近づけることを目的とする。
図1は、本発明の第1の実施の形態による送風ファンに用いるインペラー(羽根)120の一構成例を示す正面図であり、図2は、側面図である。いずれも、羽根の翼形状を示す図である。正回転時の流体(空気)の流れの方向を142、逆回転時の流体(空気)流れの方向を141で示している。すなわち、これら図1、図2で、各部位の定義もしている。
本発明の第2の実施の形態について説明する。基本的な送風ファンの構成は、第1の実施の形態と同様である。
本発明の第3の実施の形態について説明する。基本的な送風ファンの構成は、第1の実施の形態、第2の実施の形態と同様である。
また、本発明の各構成要素は、任意に取捨選択することができ、取捨選択した構成を具備する発明も本発明に含まれるものである。
Claims (7)
- インペラーの正回転方向の後縁側の側部を、その頂点が、インペラー外周部とインペラー取付部との中間を通る基準線上に位置する凸形状とするとともに、インペラーの後縁部の翼表面にインペラーの中心から翼外周部方向に向けて逆回転方向における送風方向に、凸形状を設けるリバーシブルフローファン。
- 前記後縁部の翼表面の凸形状の曲率が変化する位置である後縁の変曲点は、
前記インペラー中心から翼外周部直径寸法の70%〜90%の間に位置する
請求項1に記載のリバーシブルフローファン。 - 前記後縁の変曲点よりもインペラー中心方向の傾斜角は、−5〜+5°であり、前記後縁の変曲点よりもインペラー外周部方向の傾斜角は、+15〜+30°である請求項2に記載のリバーシブルフローファン。
- インペラーの正回転方向の前縁側の側部を、その頂点が、インペラー外周部とインペラー取付部との中間を通る基準線上に位置する凸形状にするとともに、インペラー(羽根)の前縁部の翼表面にインペラーの中心から翼外周部方向に向けて逆回転方向における送風方向に凹形状を設けるリバーシブルフローファン。
- 前記前縁部の翼表面の凹形状の曲率が変化する位置である前縁の変曲点は、
