Description
以下、三つの実施例で導電性ポリマー/カーボンナノチューブ複合ナノろ過膜の作製方法及び応用をさらに説明する。しかし、本発明は以下の実施例に限られない。
上記の実施例は、本発明を説明するための典型的な実施例に過ぎず、本発明を不当に限定するものではないので、本発明の特許請求の範囲に基づく前述の明らかな変更や、本発明の主旨から逸脱しないその他の変更は、全部本発明の保護範囲に含まれるべきである。
Claims (5)
- 導電性ポリマー/カーボンナノチューブ複合ナノろ過膜の作製方法であって、そのステップが下記のとおりであり、
(1)v/vが1:3の70wt.%の濃硝酸と濃硫酸の混合酸液を用いて、カーボンナノチューブを酸化処理し、40〜100°Cで30〜120分間保温してから、混合酸液を高純度水で希釈し、分離、乾燥して酸化カーボンナノチューブを得た後で、酸化カーボンナノチューブの分散液を調製しながら、これを支持層の上に真空吸引ろ過し、40〜80°Cで加熱乾燥し、カーボンナノチューブ膜を得るステップと、
(2)作製されたカーボンナノチューブ膜を導電性ポリマーの対応するモノマー溶液に10〜30分間浸した後、取り出して表面の余分な溶液を除去した後、カーボンナノチューブ膜を開始剤溶液に置いて、0〜25°Cで5〜30分間反応させてモノマー重合を開始させ、取り出してから、0〜25°Cで反応を4〜24時間続けて、導電性ポリマーモノマーの化学酸化重合を実現するステップであって、そのうち、導電性ポリマーはポリアニリン、ポリピロール、ポリチオフェン、各自の対応する誘導体の1種であり、濃度は0.01〜0.5Mであり、開始剤は過硫酸アンモニウム、重クロム酸カリウム、ヨウ素酸カリウム、塩化第二鉄、四塩化鉄、過酸化水素、塩化アルミニウム、二酸化マンガンまたは過酸化ベンゾイルであり、開始剤と導電性ポリマーの対応するモノマーとのモル比は1:0.5〜2であるステップと、
(3)カーボンナノチューブ膜をアクリル酸エチルの塩酸溶液に浸して10〜60分間架橋し、洗浄し、自然乾燥して、導電性ポリマー/カーボンナノチューブ複合ナノろ過膜を得るステップであって、そのうち、アクリル酸エチルが塩酸溶液における質量分率は0.5〜5%であり、塩酸溶液の濃度は0.1〜2Mであるステップと、であることを特徴とする導電性ポリマー/カーボンナノチューブ複合ナノろ過膜の作製方法。 - 前記導電性ポリマーの対応するモノマー溶液には、ポリ電解質を入れ、ポリ電解質はポリスチレンスルホン酸、ポリアクリル酸、ポリエチレンイミン、ポリ(アリルアミン塩酸塩)またはポリジアリルジメチルアンモニウムクロライドであり、その質量分率は全溶液の0〜5%である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作製方法。 - 前記カーボンナノチューブは単層カーボンナノチューブ、二層カーボンナノチューブまたは多層カーボンナノチューブである
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の作製方法。 - ステップ(1)で、カーボンナノチューブ膜に用いられる支持層を形成し、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、フェノールフタレイン型非スルホン化ポリアリールエーテルスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ビスフェノールA型ポリスルホンの中の1種以上の成分で作製され、カーボンナノチューブ膜の厚さは0.05〜0.5μmである
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の作製方法。 - ステップ(1)で、カーボンナノチューブ膜に用いられる支持層を形成し、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、フェノールフタレイン型非スルホン化ポリアリールエーテルスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ビスフェノールA型ポリスルホンの中の1種以上の成分で作製され、カーボンナノチューブ膜の厚さは0.05〜0.5μmである
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の作製方法。
