Description
Claims (1)
- シートに触媒を塗工する工程と、
塗工された前記触媒を燃料電池の電解質膜に転写する工程と、
前記シートと残留触媒との付着力よりも、前記残留触媒に対する接着力が強いフィルムを、弾性ロールを用いて前記シートに圧着させることによって前記残留触媒を除去する工程と、
前記シートを、所定温度および所定圧力でプレスしつつ、所定張力を加えて搬送する工程と、
を含む触媒転写工程を、同一のシートを用いて複数回繰り返すことを特徴とする触媒転写方法。
