Description

前記管状体が5から30質量%のポリ(スチレン・ブタジエン・スチレン)および70から95質量%のポリスチレンを含む、実施形態1または2に記載のピペット。
前記管状体が20質量%のポリ(スチレン・ブタジエン・スチレン)および80質量%のポリスチレンを含む、実施形態1から3いずれか1つに記載のピペット。
前記管状体の壁厚が0.01から0.05インチ(約0.25から1.3mm)である、実施形態1から4いずれか1つに記載のピペット。
3500から7000psi(約24から48MPa)の引張強度を有する、実施形態1から5いずれか1つに記載のピペット。
250から450psi(約1.7から3.1MPa)のヤング率を有する、実施形態1から6いずれか1つに記載のピペット。
4から22%の破断伸び率を有する、実施形態1から7いずれか1つに記載のピペット。
20から50J/mの耐衝撃性を有する、実施形態1から8いずれか1つに記載のピペット。
血清用ピペットを製造する方法であって、
5から30質量%のポリ(スチレン・ブタジエン・スチレン)および70から95質量%のポリスチレンを含む高分子組成物から細長い中空管状体を形成する工程、
を有してなり、成形温度が400から500°F(約204から260℃)に及ぶ方法。
前記形成する工程が押出しを含む、実施形態10に記載の方法。
押出温度が420から460°F(216から238℃)に及ぶ、実施形態11に記載の方法。
第1のゾーンにおける押出温度が450°F(約232℃)未満であり、第2のゾーンにおける押出温度が450°F(約232℃)超である、実施形態11に記載の方法。
前記高分子組成物が20質量%のポリ(スチレン・ブタジエン・スチレン)および80質量%のポリスチレンを含む、実施形態10から13いずれか1つに記載の方法。
Claims (5)
- 血清用ピペットを製造する方法であって、
5から30質量%のポリ(スチレン・ブタジエン・スチレン)および70から95質量%のポリスチレンを含む高分子組成物から細長い中空管状体を形成する工程、
を有してなり、
前記形成する工程が、前記高分子組成物を押出す工程を含み、
成形温度が400から500°F(約204から260℃)に及び、
前記高分子組成物が、少なくとも第1ゾーンと第2ゾーンとを有する押出機内で押出され、
前記第1ゾーンにおける押出温度が少なくとも420°F(216℃)かつ450°F(232℃)未満であり、前記第2ゾーンにおける押出温度が450°F(232℃)超かつ460°F(238℃)を超えない、方法。 - 前記高分子組成物が20質量%のポリ(スチレン・ブタジエン・スチレン)および80質量%のポリスチレンを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記細長い中空管状体が、390から700nmの範囲に亘り40から70%の透過率を有する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記透過率が45から55%である、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記細長い中空管状体の壁厚が0.01から0.05インチ(約0.25から1.3mm)である、請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の方法。
