Description
Claims (12)
- トレッドおよびベルトパッケージを含む空気入り乗用車用ラジアルタイヤ中のトレッドとベルトパッケージとの間に位置するキャッププライ強化層に備えられ、前記ベルトパッケージ上で赤道面に対して0から5°の角度になるように、少なくとも2つのコードを含むストリップでらせん状に巻きつけることによって形成され、かつ、2つの脂肪族ポリアミド糸を一緒に撚ることによって形成され、前記ポリアミド糸の一方は1300-1500 dtexの範囲の線密度を有し、前記ポリアミド糸の他方は850-1000 dtexの範囲の線密度を有し、1300-1500 dtexの範囲の線密度を有するポリアミド糸の予撚りレベルと、850-1000 dtexの範囲の線密度を有するポリアミド糸の予撚りレベルとの間の差が、多くとも20%である、キャッププライ強化コード。
- 前記ポリアミド糸がナイロン6.6である、請求項1のキャッププライ強化コード。
- 前記ポリアミド糸がナイロン6である、請求項1のキャッププライ強化コード。
- 前記ポリアミド糸の一方がナイロン6.6であって、他方がナイロン6である、請求項1のキャッププライ強化コード。
- 前記ポリアミド糸がナイロン6.6およびナイロン6ポリマーの配合によって得られる、請求項1のキャッププライ強化コード。
- 前記コードの撚りレベルが150-400 tpmの範囲である、請求項1のキャッププライ強化コード。
- ZまたはS方向のポリアミド糸の予撚りレベルが、SまたはZ方向を形成する前記コードの撚りレベルと等しい、請求項1のキャッププライ強化コード。
- 前記ポリアミド糸予撚りレベルと前記コード撚りレベルとの間の差が、多くとも20%である、請求項1のキャッププライ強化コード。
- 前記ポリアミド糸の一方が1400 dtexの線密度を有し、前記ポリアミド糸の他方が940 dtexの線密度を有する、請求項1のキャッププライ強化コード。
- 前記コードに含まれる前記ナイロン6.6糸中のナイロン6.6ポリマーの比が、少なくとも90重量%である、請求項2のキャッププライ強化コード。
- 前記コードに含まれる前記ナイロン6糸中のナイロン6ポリマーの比が、少なくとも90重量%である、請求項3のキャッププライ強化コード。
- 1300-1500 dtexの範囲の線密度を有するポリアミド糸および850-1000 dtexの範囲の線密度を有するポリアミド糸のうち少なくとも一方はナイロン6であるか、または、ナイロン6が配合されている、請求項1に記載のキャッププライ強化コード。
