技术领域
本发明涉及用于子午线车辆轮胎的加强带束层包,其缠绕在使用与机动车辆的轮胎中的胎面和胎体之间,增加转弯阻力并延长其的寿命。
背景技术
存在于如今所使用的子午线车辆轮胎中的带束层包中,有至少两个交叉带束层和周向的带束层加强件。所述交叉带束层由钢帘线组成并提供充分的侧面的和周向的刚度。然而,在所述层中存在大量的切割端。这些所述切割端负面地影响帘线-橡胶粘附,通过在该层的边缘处引起裂纹而引起轮胎动态退化。对于高速性能,这需要使用单独的带束层(冠带层,cap ply)。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供用于子午线车辆轮胎的加强带束层包,其缠绕在轮胎的胎面和胎体之间。
本发明的另一目的是提供用于子午线车辆轮胎的加强带束层包,其在车辆应该具有良好的转弯刚度和高速性能的情形中增加轮胎的耐久性。
本发明的又一目的是提供用于子午线车辆轮胎的加强带束层包,其包括金属帘线和聚合物帘线两者。
本发明的再另一目的是提供用于子午线车辆轮胎的加强带束层包,其采用短纤维来加强。

- 至少一个周向带束层(2),其通过将金属帘线(21)和聚合物帘线(22)一个接另一个布置使得聚合物帘线(22)将接着金属帘线(21),金属帘线(21)将接着聚合物帘线(22)来形成,
- 至少一个橡胶层(3),其覆盖在周向带束层(2)的上面和下面。

在本发明的优选实施例中,钢帘线(21)通过扭捻具有0.12-0.45mm的直径的单丝来形成。所述单丝能够具有正常的、高的、超高的和特高的断裂强度(NT、HT、ST和UT)。聚合物帘线(22)通过扭捻具有0.1-0.5mm的直径的单丝来形成。
在本发明的优选实施例中,钢帘线(21)的捻度在50-200 tpm(每米捻回数),捻回长度(捻距)在5-20 mm之间。聚合物帘线(22)的捻度在50-500 tpm之间。钢帘线和聚合物帘线的捻回长度可以相同或者不同。
总端数(21、22)为50-250 epdm(每分米端数)。钢帘线(21)和聚合物帘线(22)的线密度能够相等或不同。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于子午线车辆轮胎的加强带束层包(1),其以条带缠绕在所述轮胎(L)的胎面(S)和胎体(K)之间,使得其将与赤道平面之间具有0°-5°,且其主要包括:
