Claims (2)
- (a)被検者サンプルから分離した細胞外小胞からDNAを抽出する段階;
(b)前記抽出したDNAに対して配列番号1及び配列番号2のプライマー対を用いてPCRを行う段階;及び
(c)前記PCR産物の配列解析により正常人由来サンプルと細菌由来細胞外小胞の含量増減を比較する段階を含み、
前記被検者サンプルは、血液、尿、又は大便であり、
前記(c)段階で、正常人由来サンプルと比較して、
被検者尿サンプルから分離したシアノバクテリア (Cyanobacteria)門(phylum)細菌由来細胞外小胞、
被検者尿サンプルから分離したクロロプラスト(Chloroplast)綱(class)細菌由来細胞外小胞、
