Claims (18)
- 互いに平行に配列された複数のタイヤコード(tire cords)と、
前記タイヤコードを織り込んで製織する横糸と、
前記タイヤコードの最外表面に接し、前記タイヤコードの長さ方向に延長される伝導性繊維と、を含み、
前記伝導性繊維は、表面に金属がメッキされた繊維であるタイヤコード織物。 - 前記伝導性繊維の一部は、前記タイヤコードの最外表面と前記横糸の間に挿入されている請求項1に記載のタイヤコード織物。
- 前記タイヤコード織物は、前記伝導性繊維を2個ないし30個含むものである請求項1に記載のタイヤコード織物。
- 前記伝導性繊維は、合成繊維、セルロース繊維及びこれらの混紡糸からなる群から選択されるいずれか1つの繊維表面に金属がメッキされたものである請求項1に記載のタイヤコード織物。
- 前記合成繊維は、ポリエステル(polyester)、ポリアミド(polyamide)、ポリウレタン(polyurethane)、アクリル繊維(acrylic fiber)、モダクリル繊維(modacrylic fiber)、及びこれらの混紡糸からなる群から選択されるいずれか1つである請求項4に記載のタイヤコード織物。

前記フィラメント糸は、10デニール(denier)ないし500デニール(denier)のものである請求項7に記載のタイヤコード織物。 - 繊維の表面に金属をメッキして伝導性繊維を製造する段階と、
複数のタイヤコードを縦糸として供給し、前記タイヤコードに横糸を織り込んで製織する段階とを含み、
前記製織する段階は、前記タイヤコードに伝導性繊維を混入して縦糸として供給し、
前記伝導性繊維は、表面に金属がメッキされた繊維であるタイヤコード織物の製造方法であって、

- 前記トッピングゴムは、天然ゴム20重量部ないし50重量部及びエマルジョン重合スチレンブタジエンゴム50重量部ないし80重量部を含む原料ゴム100重量部と、
STSA(Stactical Thickness Surface Area)値が29m2/gないし39m2/gであり、COAN(Oil Absorption Number of Compressed Sample)値が69cc/100gないし79cc/100gであり、OAN(Oil Absorption Number of Sample)値が85cc/100gないし95cc/100gであり、ヨウ素吸着量の値が31mg/gないし41mg/gであるカーボンブラック20重量部ないし60重量部とを含むものである請求項13に記載のシート。 - 前記トッピングゴムは、合成スチレンブタジエンゴム10重量部ないし40重量部及び天然ゴムの60重量部ないし90重量部を含む原料ゴム100重量部と、
