背景技术
随着电气设备技术的进一步发展,电磁辐射在我们的周围随处可见,如影随形,不管是工作用的手机、电脑、打印机,还是家用的微波炉、电热毯、吹风机等,都会产生一定量的电磁辐射,对人体的健康有威胁作用,尤其对于抵抗力较弱的老人和小孩,产生的危害作用更大。此外,长期处于电磁辐射环境中工作,会造成失眠多梦、免疫力低下等症状。
由于天气尤为干燥,面料衣物产生静电的现象十分常见,产生静电时会使人有刺痛感和麻木感,非常不适,而且在一些特殊场合如加油站等,大量静电产生的电火花可能会引起较大的恶性事故,危险系数很高。
发明内容
本发明提供一种水波纹双面呢绒面料,旨在解决面料衣物容易产生静电的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,一种水波纹双面呢绒面料,包括由经纱和纬纱交错排布而成且双面起绒形成的基布层,所述基布层的内外两侧分别对称设置有隔热层和抗菌层,在所述隔热层和所述抗菌层的外侧均设置有水波纹状的耐脏层,且所述抗菌层设置网格状的通孔,该通孔与所述基布层的所述经纱和所述纬纱交错的第一交叉孔以及最外侧所述耐脏层上的第二交叉孔三孔洞一一对应且均用于透气,且在所述通孔、所述第一交叉孔和所述第二交叉孔的中间均间隔穿有导电纱线。
优选的,所述基布层包括中间层、以及分别在所述中间层正反两面起绒的第一呢绒面层和第二呢绒面层,所述中间层为梭织面料层,所述中间层由经纱和纬纱交错排布而成。
优选的,所述经纱和所述纬纱分别采用涤纶丝和氨纶丝制成,所述第一呢绒面层由涤纶丝在所述中间层的正面起绒而成,所述第二呢绒面层由氨纶丝在所述中间层的反面起绒而成。
优选的,所述隔热层由聚氨酯薄膜制成,且所述隔热层与所述基布层以及所述耐脏层之间均采用反应型湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶粘剂粘结连接。
优选的,所述抗菌层由银离子海藻纤维针织而成,且该银离子海藻纤维的外壁还涂抹有艾草提取液。
优选的,所述导电纱线为包芯纱结构,包括以碳纤维制成的芯线和包覆在所述芯线外的包缠纤维。
优选的,所述耐脏层由第一经线和第一纬线交错编织而成,所述第一经线由氨纶纤维集合加捻而成,所述第一纬线由丙纶纤维集合加捻而成,所述第一经线和所述第一纬线的外侧均涂覆有纳米防污剂。

在本实施方式中,最外侧耐脏层4上的第二交叉孔43与次外层抗菌层3上的通孔31以及中间基布层1上的第一交叉孔113一一对应呈贯穿状,通过导线纱线间隔的从各个孔洞中穿入穿出,将各个孔洞连接,实现编织,同时也将位于面料内部的静电导入到外侧进行释放。
进一步的,基布层1包括中间层11、以及分别在中间层11正反两面起绒的第一呢绒面层12和第二呢绒面层13,中间层11为梭织面料层,中间层11由经纱111和纬纱112交错排布而成;经纱111和纬纱112分别采用涤纶丝和氨纶丝制成,第一呢绒面层12由涤纶丝在中间层11的正面起绒而成,第二呢绒面层13由氨纶丝在中间层11的反面起绒而成。
在本实施方式中,经纱111和纬纱112采用两种不同纱线交叉排列,从而在两者之间形成第一交叉孔113一方面用于透气,一方面同于导电纱线5的穿过。经线和纬线分布均匀的分布在中间层11的正反面,且同时在正反面的不同纱线上起绒,使得起绒后达到双面绒的效果,且两面呈对称的形式。
进一步的,隔热层2由聚氨酯薄膜制成,且隔热层2与基布层1以及耐脏层4之间均采用反应型湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶粘剂粘结连接。
在本实施方式中,聚氨酯薄膜是一种亲水性的透湿性薄膜,具有显著的防水性、透湿性和防风性,因此聚氨酯薄膜的设置使整个织物具有一定的防水、防风作用,阻隔风吹入织物后由于对流作用将热能带走,具有保温性,实现织物的抗风保温作用。另外,聚氨酯薄膜还具有显著的透湿性,且并不像微多孔薄膜易被清洁剂、汗水或盐分、灰尘所堵塞,因此设有聚氨酯薄膜的织物制成衣物人们穿着后,可以将人体的湿气带走,即使长期使用,人体依然保持干净舒适的状态。采用反应型湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶粘剂,传统工艺中织物的胶粘剂一般采用化学助剂,这种胶粘剂不环保,反应型湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶粘剂可以吸收环境湿气产生交联,实现固化,具有环保节能,无公害的优点
进一步的,抗菌层3由银离子海藻纤维针织而成,且该银离子海藻纤维的外壁还涂抹有艾草提取液。
在本实施方式中,银离子海藻纤维能够进行有效的抗菌和除臭,银离子海藻纤维还具有高吸湿性、易去除性、高透氧性、生物相容性和降解吸收性,能够对外界环境当中的细菌进行有效抵抗。
进一步的,导电纱线5为包芯纱结构,包括以碳纤维制成的芯线51和包覆在芯线51外的包缠纤维52。
在本实施方式中,包缠纤维52包含80%棉纤维和20%蚕丝纤维。导电纱线5的设置用于将整个面料内部产生的静电引导到面料的外侧进行释放,避免使用者使用时经常被静电。
进一步的,耐脏层4由第一经线41和第一纬线42交错编织而成,第一经线41由氨纶纤维集合加捻而成,第一纬线42由丙纶纤维集合加捻而成,第一经线41和第一纬线42的外侧均涂覆有纳米防污剂。
在本实施方式中,耐脏层4由第一经线41和第一纬线42十字交错编织而成,从而形成一个个第二交叉孔43,第二交叉孔43的设置与第一交叉孔113一样具有透气以及供导电纱线5穿过的目的,纳米防污剂具有显著提高基层面料的耐污能力,使得面料不易附着脏污,设置在面料正反两面正合适。

Claims (7)
1.一种水波纹双面呢绒面料,其特征在于:包括由经纱(111)和纬纱(112)交错排布而成且双面起绒形成的基布层(1),所述基布层(1)的内外两侧分别对称设置有隔热层(2)和抗菌层(3),在所述隔热层(2)和所述抗菌层(3)的外侧均设置有水波纹状的耐脏层(4),且所述抗菌层(3)设置网格状的通孔(31),该通孔(31)与所述基布层(1)的所述经纱(111)和所述纬纱(112)交错的第一交叉孔(113)以及最外侧所述耐脏层(4)上的第二交叉孔(43)三孔洞一一对应且均用于透气,且在所述通孔(31)、所述第一交叉孔(113)和所述第二交叉孔(43)的中间均间隔穿有导电纱线(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种水波纹双面呢绒面料,其特征在于:所述基布层(1)包括中间层(11)、以及分别在所述中间层(11)正反两面起绒的第一呢绒面层(12)和第二呢绒面层(13),所述中间层(11)为梭织面料层,所述中间层(11)由经纱(111)和纬纱(112)交错排布而成。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种水波纹双面呢绒面料,其特征在于:所述经纱(111)和所述纬纱(112)分别采用涤纶丝和氨纶丝制成,所述第一呢绒面层(12)由涤纶丝在所述中间层(11)的正面起绒而成,所述第二呢绒面层(13)由氨纶丝在所述中间层(11)的反面起绒而成。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种水波纹双面呢绒面料,其特征在于:所述隔热层(2)由聚氨酯薄膜制成,且所述隔热层(2)与所述基布层(1)以及所述耐脏层(4)之间均采用反应型湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶粘剂粘结连接。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种水波纹双面呢绒面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(3)由银离子海藻纤维针织而成,且该银离子海藻纤维的外壁还涂抹有艾草提取液。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种水波纹双面呢绒面料,其特征在于:所述导电纱线(5)为包芯纱结构,包括以碳纤维制成的芯线(51)和包覆在所述芯线(51)外的包缠纤维(52)。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种水波纹双面呢绒面料,其特征在于:所述耐脏层(4)由第一经线(41)和第一纬线(42)交错编织而成,所述第一经线(41)由氨纶纤维集合加捻而成,所述第一纬线(42)由丙纶纤维集合加捻而成,所述第一经线(41)和所述第一纬线(42)的外侧均涂覆有纳米防污剂。
