Claims (3)
- 配列された複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルの状態を監視する電池監視ユニットと、
前記複数の電池セルに電気的に接続される配索材としてのセル側の回路基板と、
前記電池監視ユニットに電気的に接続される配索材としてのユニット側の回路基板と、
を備え、
前記セル側の回路基板と前記ユニット側の回路基板は、コネクタを介して電気的に接続されて前記電池監視ユニット側にかけてストレートにそれぞれ配索されており、
前記セル側の回路基板の電圧検出ラインの電気回路と前記ユニット側の回路基板の電圧検出ラインの電気回路同士が繋がるように前記セル側の回路基板と前記ユニット側の回路基板を電気的に接続し、
前記セル側の回路基板の電圧検出ラインの電気回路と前記ユニット側の回路基板の電圧検出ラインの電気回路を電圧順にそれぞれ配列したことを特徴とする電池モジュール。 - 請求項1記載の電池モジュールであって、
前記セル側の回路基板は、片面に複数の電気回路を形成したフレキシブルプリント配線板であり、
前記ユニット側の回路基板は、両面に複数の電気回路をそれぞれ形成したフレキシブルプリント配線板であることを特徴とする電池モジュール。 - 請求項1または2記載の電池モジュールであって、
前記セル側の回路基板の前記複数の電池セルの各両側の電極端子の各列毎に分けて形成されている一方の列の電圧検出ラインの電気回路は、前記ユニット側の回路基板の両面のうちの一方の面の電気回路に電気的に接続され、かつ、前記セル側の回路基板の前記複数の電池セルの各両側の電極端子の各列毎に分けて形成されている他方の列の電圧検出ラインの電気回路は、前記ユニット側の回路基板の両面のうちの他方の面の電気回路にそれぞれ電気的に接続されると共に、該他方の面のうちで交差する電気回路の交差部分は前記一方の面に部分的に形成されていることを特徴とする電池モジュール。
