Claims (6)
- 放射線照射システムであって、前記放射線照射システムは、放射線照射装置、および被照射体を前記放射線照射装置に搬送して照射する治療ベッドを含み、前記治療ベッドは、被照射体を載置するための載置台、載置台を支持するための支持部、および載置台に設けられ、かつ被照射体を位置決めするための位置決めアセンブリを含み、前記位置決めアセンブリは、遮蔽体、および前記遮蔽体を収容する封止バッグを含み、前記遮蔽体は、ポリマー、および放射線を遮蔽できる放射線遮蔽材料を含み、前記位置決めアセンブリに被照射体が設けられる場合に、前記位置決めアセンブリの被照射体が設けられた場所が、前記被照射体を位置決めするように被照射体の形状に合わせて窪んで前記被照射体に対応する輪郭を形成し、
前記遮蔽体は、シリカゲル、放射線遮蔽材料およびシリカゲル硬化剤で作製され、前記封止バッグ中の遮蔽体は固体粒子状であり、封止バッグに対して真空排気をした後に、前記位置決めアセンブリの被照射体が設けられた場所が、前記被照射体を位置決めするように被照射体の形状に合わせて窪んで前記被照射体に対応する輪郭を形成し、封止バッグ表面の被照射体が除去されて、封止バッグが空気で満たされる時、前記位置決めアセンブリは真空排気前の状態に復し、
前記放射線照射システムは、中性子と光子とを含む混合放射場の中性子捕捉治療システムであり、前記放射線照射装置は、中性子捕捉治療装置であり、前記遮蔽体は中性子捕捉材料である、
放射線照射システム。 - 前記中性子捕捉治療装置は、中性子発生部、ビーム整形体、ビーム出口およびコリメータを含み、前記ビーム整形体は、緩速体、および緩速体の外周にコーティングされた反射体を含み、前記中性子発生部は、荷電粒子ビームにより照射された後に中性子を発生させ、前記緩速体は、中性子発生部から発生された中性子を予め設定されたエネルギースペクトルに減速させ、前記反射体は、偏向した中性子を戻させ、予め設定されたエネルギースペクトル内の中性子強度を向上させ、前記コリメータは、ビーム出口から出てくる中性子ビームを集中させるために前記ビーム出口の外側に隣接し、前記中性子捕捉材料は、中性子を遮蔽することができ、前記中性子捕捉材料は、ホウ素含有化合物またはリチウム含有化合物の少なくとも1つからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の放射線照射システム。
- 前記ホウ素含有化合物またはリチウム含有化合物は、前記中性子捕捉材料の重量の10%〜49%を占め、さらに前記ホウ素含有化合物は10B4Cまたは10BNであり、前記リチウム含有化合物はLiFまたは6LiFであり、前記中性子捕捉材料には、さらに、Li、C、O、Si、およびBrも含まれることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の放射線照射システム。
- 前記載置台および支持部はいずれも合金材料からなり、前記載置台および支持部の表面は遮蔽部でコーディングされ、前記遮蔽部は前記位置決めアセンブリ中の遮蔽体と同じ材料であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の放射線照射システム。
- 前記治療ベッド上に載置台の上面と位置決めアセンブリの下面との間に位置する補助部材がさらに設けられ、前記補助部材は炭素繊維材料からなり、前記位置決めアセンブリは前記補助部材上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の放射線照射システム。
- 放射線照射システム用の位置決めアセンブリであって、前記位置決めアセンブリは、遮蔽体、および前記遮蔽体を収容する封止バッグを含み、前記遮蔽体は、ポリマー、および放射線を遮蔽できる放射線遮蔽材料を含み、前記位置決めアセンブリに被照射体が設けられる場合に、前記位置決めアセンブリの被照射体が設けられた場所が、前記被照射体を位置決めするように被照射体の形状に合わせて窪んで前記被照射体に対応する輪郭を形成し、
前記遮蔽体は、シリカゲル、放射線遮蔽材料およびシリカゲル硬化剤で作成され、前記封止バッグ中の遮蔽体は固体粒子状であり、封止バッグに対して真空排気をした後に、前記位置決めアセンブリの被照射体が設けられた場所が、前記被照射体を位置決めするように被照射体の形状に合わせて窪んで前記被照射体に対応する輪郭を形成し、封止バッグ表面の被照射体が除去されて、封止バッグが空気で満たされる時、前記位置決めアセンブリは真空排気前の状態に復し、
