・変性ポリフェニレンエーテル樹脂(m−PPE):SABIC社製「フレキシブルノリルWCA871A」
・樹脂1:無水マレイン酸変性ポリプロピレン、ガラス転移点:−33℃、ユニチカ株式会社製「アローベースTC4010」
・樹脂2:スチレン・ブタジエン系樹脂、ガラス転移点:−39℃、日本ゼオン株式会社製「Nipol LX426」
・樹脂3:無水マレイン酸変性ポリプロピレン、ガラス転移点:115℃、ユニチカ株式会社製「アローベースDB4010」
・溶媒:水
・導電性ペースト:金属粒子の種類:Ag、金属粒子の平均粒子径:100nm以下、KGK紀州技研工業株式会社製「KGKNano AGK101」
・密着性:試作したシールド層付き線を試料として試料固定フィルム上に並べて固定し、試料の上面に幅24mmの粘着テープ(ニチバン セロテープ(登録商標)CT−24 粘着力:4N/10mm)を長さ3cmにわたり貼り付けた。次に、粘着テープを10cm/秒の速度で試料の表面に対して90度方向に引っ張り、密着性テープを剥がした。この時、シールド層が絶縁層から剥がれたものは「×」、全く剥がれなかったものは「○」と評価した。

Claims (2)
- 中心導体と、中心導体の外周を被覆している絶縁層と、絶縁層の外周を被覆している導電性ペーストからなるシールド層と、シールド層の外周を被覆しているシースとを有する同軸ケーブルであって、
前記絶縁層と前記シールド層との間に、ガラス転移点が15℃以下であり、無水マレイン酸変性ポリプロピレン、及び/又はスチレン・ブタジエン共重合体である樹脂成分からなるアンカー層を有し、
前記アンカー層が、前記絶縁層と前記シールド層とに直接接していることを特徴とする、同軸ケーブル。 - 前記アンカー層の厚みが、0.5μm〜10μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の同軸ケーブル。
