Description
−着脱可能な保護ニードルシースによって封入された針を有するシリンジを受けるように適用されたハウジングと、
−弛緩状態において外向きに突出し、取り付け位置においてシリンジと連結するように適用された2つまたはそれ以上の可撓性アームであって、取り付け位置では、一部にはシリンジキャリアに作用する軸方向力によって径方向内向きに偏向される、可撓性アームとを含む、シリンジキャリアが提供される。
−弛緩状態において内向きに突出する可撓性アームを備えたシリンジキャリアが取り付けられるケースを提供する工程と、
−着脱可能な保護ニードルシースによって封入された針を備えたシリンジを提供する工程と、
−シリンジを軸方向にシリンジキャリア内に挿入し、事前に位置決めする工程と、
−前部組み立てツールをケースの遠位端に、後部組み立てツールをケースの近位端に挿入する工程と、
−最終的に、シリンジキャリアをケースから解放し、可撓性アームが、取り付け位置において、一部にはシリンジキャリアに作用する軸方向力によって径方向内向きに偏向されてシリンジと連結するまで、シリンジキャリアをケース内で前方に動かすことによって、シリンジをシリンジキャリア内に取り付ける工程とを含む。
−取り付けられたニードルシュラウドを備えた前部ケースと、キャリア前端およびキャリア後端を備えたシリンジキャリアが中に取り付けられる開放ケース後端とを含む前部サブアセンブリを提供する工程と、

Claims (15)
- 自動注射器(1)であって:
シリンジキャリア(16)と、
該シリンジキャリア(16)を受けるように適用されたケース(2)とを含み、
シリンジキャリア(16)は:
着脱可能な保護ニードルシース(5)によって封入された針(4)を有するシリンジ(3)を受けるように適用されたハウジング(16.0)と、
弛緩状態において外向きに突出し、取り付け位置においてシリンジ(3)と連結するように適用された2つまたはそれ以上の可撓性アーム(16.1)であって、取り付け位置では、シリンジ(3)および保護ニードルシース(5)を強制分離するために、シリンジキャリア(16)に作用する軸方向力(F1)によって径方向内向きに偏向される、可撓性アームとを含む前記自動注射器。 - 可撓性アーム(16.1)の内向き偏向は、斜面制御によってもたらされる、請求項1に記載の自動注射器(1)。
- 可撓性アーム(16.1)は、キャリア前端(16.2)から遠位に延びる、請求項1または2に記載の自動注射器(1)。

シリンジ(3)を軸方向にシリンジキャリア(16)内に挿入し、事前に位置決めする工程と、
前部組み立てツール(19)をケース(2)の遠位端に、後部組み立てツール(18)をケース(2)の近位端に挿入する工程と、
