Claims (2)
- 油調を行う大きさに切断された油調前食肉塊を搬送する搬送部と、
前記搬送部により搬送された前記油調前食肉塊を整形する整形部と、
前記油調前食肉塊を油調する油調槽と、
前記整形部により整形された前記油調前食肉塊を前記油調槽に投入する投入部と、
を備え、
前記整形部は、内壁面の少なくとも一部が曲面により形成されている、前記油調前食肉塊を収容するくぼみ部を有し、
前記投入部は、前記くぼみ部を分割して前記油調前食肉塊を前記油調槽に放出する放出機構を備えることを特徴とする唐揚類製造装置。 - 油調を行う大きさに切断された油調前食肉塊を搬送する搬送部と、
前記搬送部により搬送された前記油調前食肉塊を整形する整形部と、
前記油調前食肉塊を油調する油調槽と、
前記整形部により整形された前記油調前食肉塊を前記油調槽に投入する投入部と、
を備え、
前記整形部は、前記油調前食肉塊を収容する凹部と、該凹部の底面に設けられた開放可能な床面を有し、
前記投入部は、前記底面を開放して前記凹部に収容されている前記油調前食肉塊を前記油調槽に放出する放出機構を備えることを特徴とする唐揚類製造装置。
