Description
Claims (4)
- 第1軸線まわりに回転駆動される第1はすば歯車と、
前記第1軸線と平行な第3軸線まわりに回転可能に配設された第3はすば歯車と、
前記第1はすば歯車および前記第3はすば歯車の両方と噛み合わされるとともに、回転中心に挿通孔が設けられた第2はすば歯車と、
前記第1軸線と平行な第2軸線と同軸に配設されて、前記挿通孔内を径方向に所定の遊びを有する状態で挿通させられ、前記第2はすば歯車を該第2軸線まわりに回転可能に支持する支持軸と、
を有し、前記第1はすば歯車から前記第2はすば歯車を介して前記第3はすば歯車に回転を伝達するはすば歯車装置において、
前記第2はすば歯車および前記第3はすば歯車は、両者のピッチ円が互いに接する基準噛み合い状態で所定の頂げきを有するとともに、該頂げきは、該基準噛み合い状態におけるバックラッシの径方向隙間よりも小さい
ことを特徴とするはすば歯車装置。 - 前記支持軸と前記挿通孔との間には転がり軸受が配設されており、前記第2はすば歯車は該転がり軸受を介して径方向に所定の遊びを有する状態で前記支持軸によって前記第2軸線まわりに回転自在に支持されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のはすば歯車装置。 - 前記頂げきは、前記第2はすば歯車および前記第3はすば歯車が接近させられて該頂げきが0となり、且つ前記遊びに起因して該第2はすば歯車が前記第2軸線に対して傾斜した状態でも、該第2はすば歯車および該第3はすば歯車のバックラッシが0になる噛み合い干渉が発生しないように設定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のはすば歯車装置。 - 前記第1はすば歯車、前記第2はすば歯車、および前記第3はすば歯車は何れも外歯のはすば歯車であり、
前記第1軸線、前記第2軸線、および前記第3軸線の位置関係は、軸線方向から見た正面視において、それ等の軸線を結ぶ中心線が該第2軸線を頂点として60°〜150°の範囲内の角度で折れ曲がり、且つ該第2軸線を頂点とする内角側において前記第2はすば歯車の回転方向の下流側に該第3軸線が位置するように定められている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のはすば歯車装置。
