Claims (10)
- 自動車トランスミッションの歯車機構で駆動トルクを伝達するための平歯車であって、
第1の歯(18)を形成するための螺旋状の歯が付いた第1の歯車本体(14)と、
第2の歯(20)を形成するための、山歯歯車機構を形成するように前記第1の歯車本体(14)に対して逆向きの螺旋状の歯が付いた第2の歯車本体(16)と
を有し、
前記第1の歯車本体(14)と前記第2の歯車本体(16)との互いに向かい合う軸方向側面で、前記第1の歯(18)と前記第2の歯(20)とが、それぞれ対として少なくとも一部互いに重なり合うように互いに向かい合い、
前記第2の歯車本体(16)に向いた前記第1の歯車本体(14)の前記軸方向側面で、前記第1の歯(18)の第1の歯面(26)が、前記向かい合う第2の歯(20)の後に円周方向で続く第2の歯(30)の第2の歯面(28)に軸方向で向いている、平歯車。 - 前記第1の歯(18)のかみ合い長さU1と、前記後続の第2の歯(30)のかみ合い長さU2とが、円周方向で距離εにわたって重なり合い、ここで、0.00≦ε/U2≦0.20、特に0.01≦ε/U2≦0.10、好ましくは0.02≦ε/U2≦0.05、特に好ましくは0.03≦ε/U2≦0.04であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の平歯車。
- 前記第1の歯車本体(14)および/または前記第2の歯車本体(16)が、εβ≦1.00、特に0.50≦εβ<1.00、好ましくは0.75≦εβ≦0.99、より好ましくは0.85≦εβ≦0.98、特に好ましくは0.95≦εβ≦0.97のかみ合い率εβを有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の平歯車。
- 前記第1の歯車本体(14)と前記第2の歯車本体(16)とが前記円周方向で互いに対してオフセットされ、互いに向かい合う前記第1の歯車本体(14)と前記第2の歯車本体(16)との前記軸方向側面で、前記第1の歯(18)と前記第2の歯(20)とが一部のみ互いに重なり合うことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の平歯車。
- 互いに向かい合う前記第1の歯車本体(14)と前記第2の歯車本体(16)との前記軸方向側面で、前記第1の歯(18)の第1の歯面(26)が、前記向かい合わせに位置された一部重なり合った第2の歯(20)の第2の歯面(28)に対して、前記円周方向でVUだけオフセットされており、前記第1の歯(18)および前記第2の歯(20)の前記円周方向での最大の歯厚をSとして、0.00<VU/S<1.00、特に0.25≦VU/S≦0.98、好ましくは0.50≦VU/S≦0.95、より好ましくは0.75≦VU/S≦0.90、特に好ましくは0.80≦VU/S≦0.85が成り立つことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の平歯車。
- 互いに向かい合う前記軸方向側面で、前記第1の歯(18)の前記第1の歯面(26)が、前記向かい合わせに位置された一部重なり合った第2の歯(20)の第2の歯面(28)に対して、前記円周方向でVUだけオフセットされており、ピッチ円直径の半径方向頂部での前記第1の歯(18)および前記第2の歯(20)の前記円周方向での歯厚をsとして、0.00≦VU/s≦1.00、特に0.25≦VU/s≦0.98、好ましくは0.50≦VU/s≦0.95、より好ましくは0.75≦VU/s≦0.90、特に好ましくは0.80≦VU/s≦0.85が成り立つことを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の平歯車。
- 前記第1の歯(18)が第1の螺旋角度を有し、および前記第2の歯(20)が第2の螺旋角度を有し、前記第1の螺旋角度の大きさが前記第2の螺旋角度の大きさと異なることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の平歯車。
- 前記第1の歯(18)が第1の歯幅を有し、および前記第2の歯(20)が、前記第1の歯幅と異なる第2の歯幅を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の平歯車。
- 前記平歯車(10)を取り付けるためのハブ(12)が提供され、前記第1の歯車本体(14)および前記第2の歯車本体(16)が、動かないように前記ハブ(12)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の平歯車。
- 車両変速比にシフトするための自動車トランスミッションであって、ギア段に割り当てられた車両変速比にシフトするための請求項9に記載の少なくとも1つのギア段を有する自動車トランスミッション。
