Claims (10)
- 組織の電気凝固用の電気手術器具(1)であって、
2つの器具分岐部(3、4)を有するジョー部分(2)を含み、
2つの器具分岐部(3、4)の少なくとも1つは、ジョー部分(2)が開いた状態又は閉じた状態になり得るように他方に対して可動であり、
器具分岐部(3、4)の対向する面(7、8)は、それぞれ凝固される組織を前記閉じた状態でクランプ保持するための把持面(14、15)として構成されているとともに、それぞれ少なくとも1つの電極面(12、13)を有しており、
把持面(14、15)は、電気的に絶縁であるように構成されており、
少なくとも1つの電極面(12、13)は、記各器具分岐部(3、4)の把持面(14、15)内に配置されており、
少なくとも1つの電極面(12、13)は、少なくとも1つの器具分岐部(3、4)において、その把持面(14、15)に対して沈下しており、
把持面(14、15)は、絶縁把持面ランド(18)及び絶縁把持面ランド(18)間に位置する間隙(19)を有しているとともに、電極面(12、13)を露出させる網状マトリックス又は多孔板(17)の形態であることを特徴とする、電気手術器具(2)。 - 両器具分岐部(3、4)の対向する電極面(12、13)間の距離は、20μm〜200μmの範囲であり、及び/又は、1つの器具分岐部(3、4)の電極面(12、13)と器具分岐部の把持面(14、15)との間の距離は、10μm〜100μmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気手術器具(1)。
- 両器具分岐部(3、4)の電極面(12、13)は、各器具分岐部(3、4)の把持面(14、15)から等しく凹設されるように配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の電気手術器具(1)。
- 1つの器具分岐部(3、4)の少なくとも1つの電極面(12、13)は、その把持面(14、15)と位置合わせされていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の電気手術器具(1)。
- 把持面(14、15)の少なくとも1つのセグメントは、表面プロファイル又は表面構造が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電気手術器具(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの器具分岐部(3、4)の1つの電極面(12、13)は、特定の器具分岐部(3、4)の把持面(14、15)によって完全に囲まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電気手術器具(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの器具分岐部(3、4)にいて全ての電極面(12、13)が、特定の器具分岐部(3、4)の把持面(14、15)によって完全に囲まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の電気手術器具(1)。
- 器具分岐部(3、4)の少なくとも1つは、器具分岐部(3、4)の把持面(14、15)と一体に形成される電気絶縁外部ハウジング(20)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電気手術器具(1)。
- 把持面(14、15)は、器具分岐部(3、4)の対向する面の周縁である把持面縁部(16)を有するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電気手術器具(1)。
- 電極面(12、13)は、2K−CIM技術によりハウジングに埋設された電極(10、11)によって構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の電気手術器具(1)。
