Claims (8)
- 組織表面を処置するための高周波外科装置(1)であって、
組織接触をする用途に定められた作用面(3)に第1の電極(4)が形成されている電極装置(2)と、前記第1の電極(4)を作用させるために一方の極(14)に接続可能な高周波発生器(11)と、を備えるものにおいて、
前記作用面(3)には同一の極(14)に接続可能な第2の電極(5)が形成されており、先に前記第1の電極(4)を接続した後で前記第2の電極(5)を接続するように構成された制御装置(18)が設けられていることを特徴とする高周波外科装置。 - 前記制御装置(18)は、プラズマ放電を認識した後に接続するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置(18)は、前記電極(4,5)の組織接触を検知した後に接続するように構成されていることを特徴とする先行する請求項の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置(18)は、前記2つの電極(4,5:4,9:5,9)の間のインピーダンスを測定することで組織接触を検知するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置(18)は、利用者により操作可能なスイッチ(22)に依存して接続するように構成されていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の電極(5)は、別々に配置されて一緒に接続可能な電極部分(5a,5b,5c,5d)の形態で構成されていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 先行する請求項の何れか一項に記載の装置(1)の制御装置(18)を有する電極装置(2)。
- 先行する請求項の何れか一項に記載の装置(1)の制御装置(18)を有する高周波発生器(11)。
