前記少なくとも1つの中間スペーサ(23〜34)は、電極(360)において、前記電極表面(14、15、16、17)から隆起する止め部(300)で形成され、前記止め部(300)は、導電性材料から形成され、前記電極(360)に導電接続され、かつ、対向する電極(370)の前記電極表面(14、15、16、17)の電気絶縁性の絶縁要素(350)と相互作用するように形成され、
前記近位スペーサ(21)及び前記遠位スペーサ(13、18)は、非導電性材料から形成される、電気外科器具(1)。

正確に1個の前記中間スペーサ(23〜34)、好ましくは2個または3個の前記中間スペーサ(23〜34)を備える、項目1に記載の電気外科器具(1)。

前記近位スペーサ及び/又は前記遠位スペーサは、1つの電極表面(16、17)上に設けられた1つの突起(13、18)、又は、それぞれ異なる電極表面(16、17)上に設けられた複数の突起(13、18)によって形成される、項目1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科器具(1)。
(項目9)
前記近位スペーサは、前記器具ブランチ(2、3)とは別に形成されるスペーサモジュール(19)によって形成され、前記スペーサモジュール(19)は、閉鎖位置において、前記器具ブランチ(2、3)間にクランプされる少なくとも1つの非導電性の舌部(21)を有する、項目1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科器具(1)。
(項目10)
前記スペーサモジュール(19)は、回動可能な器具ブランチ(2)のピボットジョイント(10)において回転可能に支持され、特に前記スペーサモジュール(19)のための受容キャビティを画定する前記回動可能な前記器具ブランチ(2)の壁状ジョイント部に囲まれている、項目9に記載の電気外科器具(1)。
(項目11)
前記近位スペーサ、前記遠位スペーサ、及び、前記中間スペーサの高さ(H)は、閉鎖位置における前記器具ブランチ(2、3)間の所定の最小距離(S)に対応し、特に、前記近位スペーサ、前記遠位スペーサ、及び前記中間スペーサのそれぞれの高さ(H)が等しい、項目1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科器具(1)。
(項目12)
前記スペーサは互いに等しく離間し、特に前記近位スペーサと前記中間スペーサの間の距離、及び/又は、前記遠位スペーサと前記中間スペーサの間の距離が、等しくなるように離間している、項目1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科器具(1)。
(項目13)
前記スペーサは、各電極表面上に形成され、特に、各電極表面上に等しく形成される、項目1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科器具(1)。
Claims (16)
- 互いに対して移動可能であり、かつ、互いに対向する面のそれぞれに少なくとも1つの電極表面(14、15、16、17)が配置/形成されている器具ブランチ(2、3)から構成されるジョー部を有する電気外科器具(1)であって、
前記器具ブランチ(2、3)の互いに対する動きは、前記器具ブランチ(2、3)の近位端部に作用する近位スペーサ(21)、前記器具ブランチ(2、3)の遠位端部に作用する遠位スペーサ(13、18)、及び、前記器具ブランチの中間部に作用する少なくとも1つの中間スペーサ(23〜34)によって制限され、
前記少なくとも1つの中間スペーサ(23〜34)は、電極(360)において、前記電極表面(14、15、16、17)から隆起する止め部(300)で形成され、前記止め部(300)は、導電性材料から形成され、前記電極(360)に導電接続され、かつ、対向する電極(370)の前記電極表面(14、15、16、17)の電気絶縁性の絶縁要素(350)と相互作用するように形成され、
前記近位スペーサ(21)及び前記遠位スペーサ(13、18)は、非導電性材料から形成される、電気外科器具(1)。 - 正確に1個の前記中間スペーサ(23〜34)を備える、請求項1に記載の電気外科器具(1)。
- 前記絶縁要素(350)は、前記止め部(300)用の接触面を有し、
前記止め部(300)が、前記絶縁要素(350)を有する前記電極(370)と電気接触しないように、電極平面における前記接触面の表面幅が、前記止め部(300)の全側面から飛び出ている、請求項1または2に記載の電気外科器具(1)。 - 前記絶縁要素(350)は、マッシュルーム形状のボディを有する、請求項3に記載の電気外科器具(1)。
- 前記絶縁要素(350)を有する前記電極(370)は、その表面上に、少なくとも1つの凹み(372、374)であって、前記絶縁要素(350)が、その中に挿入される、又は、凝固後に前記絶縁要素(350)を形成する電気絶縁性材料で成形される、少なくとも1つの凹みを有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科器具(1)。
- 前記絶縁要素(350)は、前記電極表面(14、15、16、17)と面一であるか、窪みを有するか、又は、前記電極表面(14、15、16、17)に対して凹んでいる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科器具(1)。
- 前記近位スペーサ(21)及び/又は前記遠位スペーサ(13、18)は、組織を処置するために設けられた領域の外側にのみ配置される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科器具(1)。

- 前記近位スペーサ及び/又は前記遠位スペーサは、1つの電極表面(16、17)上に設けられた1つの突起(13、18)、又は、それぞれ異なる電極表面(16、17)上に設けられた複数の突起(13、18)によって形成される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科器具(1)。
- 前記近位スペーサは、前記器具ブランチ(2、3)とは別に形成されるスペーサモジュール(19)によって形成され、前記スペーサモジュール(19)は、閉鎖位置において、前記器具ブランチ(2、3)間にクランプされる少なくとも1つの非導電性の舌部(21)を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科器具(1)。
- 前記スペーサモジュール(19)は、回動可能な器具ブランチ(2)のピボットジョイント(10)において回転可能に支持され、壁に囲まれている、請求項10に記載の電気外科器具(1)。
- 前記スペーサモジュール(19)は、前記スペーサモジュール(19)のための受容キャビティを画定する前記回動可能な前記器具ブランチ(2)の壁状ジョイント部に囲まれている、請求項11に記載の電気外科器具(1)。
- 前記近位スペーサ、前記遠位スペーサ、及び、前記中間スペーサの高さ(H)は、閉鎖位置における前記器具ブランチ(2、3)間の所定の最小距離(S)に対応し、前記遠位スペーサ及び前記中間スペーサの高さ(H)が等しい、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科器具(1)。
- 前記スペーサは互いに等しく離間している、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科器具(1)。
- 前記スペーサは、前記近位スペーサと前記中間スペーサの間の距離と、前記遠位スペーサと前記中間スペーサの間の距離とが、等しくなるように離間している、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科器具(1)。
