本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其是一种防打火高频电极,包括上电极和下电极,所述下电极上表面设有安装槽,所述安装槽内安装有绝缘间隔,所述绝缘间隔上表面设有与上电极的刃口压触配合的V型槽,所述V型槽的的槽口设有导向斜面,所述上电极的刃口沿着导向斜面导正至V型槽中,本发明可以解决现有技术中高频双极电极易打火的问题。

一种防打火高频电极
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体领域为一种防打火高频电极。
背景技术
电外科设备已经是医院的标准配置,针对不同的手术术式,开发出了各种不同的电极头,其中,双极电外科器械运用的非常广泛,其原理是将电外科的器械正负极集成到同一个医疗器械中,目前市场上所有的双极电外科设备都存在一个共同的问题——打火,在两电极闭合过程中,由于距离相互接近,当距离接近到电压足以击穿空气时,就会发生打火现象,打火现象对于手术存在比较大的风险,容易使组织受到损伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防打火高频电极,以解决现有技术中高频双极电极易打火的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防打火高频电极,包括上电极和下电极,所述下电极上表面设有安装槽,所述安装槽内安装有绝缘间隔,所述绝缘间隔上表面设有与上电极的刃口压触配合的V型槽,所述V型槽的的槽口设有导向斜面,所述上电极的刃口沿着导向斜面导正至V型槽中。
优选的,所述绝缘间隔为陶瓷材质制成。
优选的,所述绝缘间隔安装后的上表面高度低于下电极的上表面高度。
优选的,所述安装槽的槽口设有倒扣凹槽,所述绝缘间隔的两侧设有与所述倒扣凹槽滑动配合的凸条,所述绝缘间隔由外向内滑动安装于下电极上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过在下电极上添加一个绝缘间隔将上下电极间隔开来,使钳头闭合后上下电极之间仍然保持电压不足以击穿的间隙,从而杜绝了钳头的打火现象,降低了手术风险。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种防打火高频电极,包括上电极1和下电极2,下电极2上表面设有安装槽21,安装槽21内安装有绝缘间隔3,绝缘间隔3上表面设有与上电极1的刃口压触配合的V型槽32,V型槽32的的槽口设有导向斜面31,上电极1的刃口沿着导向斜面31导正至V型槽32中,在下电极2上安装了绝缘间隔3,可以将上下电极间隔开来,使钳头闭合后仍保持电压不足以击穿的间隙,杜绝钳头打火现象,从而降低手术风险。
进一步的,绝缘间隔3为陶瓷材质制成,陶瓷材质强度高,耐高温。
进一步的,绝缘间隔3安装后的上表面高度低于下电极2的上表面高度,以保证在夹持组织时上下电极2与组织接触良好。
优选的,安装槽21的槽口设有倒扣凹槽211,绝缘间隔3的两侧设有与倒扣凹槽211滑动配合的凸条321,绝缘间隔3由外向内滑动安装于下电极2上,绝缘间隔3滑动安装在下电极2并且在下电极2上设有倒扣凹槽211,可以防止绝缘间隔3掉落。
本申请通过在下电极2上添加一个绝缘间隔3将上下电极2间隔开来,使钳头闭合后上下电极之间仍然保持电压不足以击穿的间隙,从而杜绝了钳头的打火现象,降低了手术风险。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种防打火高频电极,包括上电极(1)和下电极(2),其特征在于:所述下电极(2)上表面设有安装槽(21),所述安装槽(21)内安装有绝缘间隔(3),所述绝缘间隔(3)上表面设有与上电极(1)的刃口压触配合的V型槽(32),所述V型槽(32)的的槽口设有导向斜面(31),所述上电极(1)的刃口沿着导向斜面(31)导正至V型槽(32)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防打火高频电极,其特征在于:所述绝缘间隔(3)为陶瓷材质制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防打火高频电极,其特征在于:所述绝缘间隔(3)安装后的上表面高度低于下电极的上表面高度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防打火高频电极,其特征在于:所述安装槽(21)的槽口设有倒扣凹槽(211),所述绝缘间隔(3)的两侧设有与所述倒扣凹槽(211)滑动配合的凸条(321),所述绝缘间隔(3)由外向内滑动安装于下电极(2)上。
