Claims (12)
- 生体組織連結用連結手段(20)を備え、組織切断用切断要素(88)を備えた切断手段(86)を含み、前記連結手段(20)は、互いに対して移動可能な二つの工具要素(14、16)を含み、前記切断要素(88)は、前記工具要素(14、16)のうち少なくとも一つに対して移動可能に配置される生体組織連結用手術器具(12)であって、
前記切断手段(86)は、前記切断要素(88)及びその対向側に位置した相手電極(96)を備え、HF電流を供給できるHF切断手段(86)で構成され、
前記相手電極(96)は前記工具要素(14、16)のうち一つに形成され、
前記切断要素(88)は、前記相手電極(96)が形成された工具要素表面に対して傾斜した切断面(92)を定める切断エッジ(90)を有し、
前記切断要素(88)の前記切断エッジ(90)と前記相手電極は円状デザインを有し、
前記切断要素(88)は、前記連結手段(20)の領域で前記器具(12)によって定められる縦軸(54)を中心に前記相手電極(96)に対して回転できることを特徴とする生体組織連結用手術器具(12)。 - 前記切断手段(86)は単極切断手段(86)の形態で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生体組織連結用手術器具(12)。
- 前記切断手段(86)は両極切断手段(86)の形態で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生体組織連結用手術器具(12)。
- 前記切断エッジ(90)は内蔵式円状デザインを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか1項に記載の生体組織連結用手術器具(12)。
- 前記器具(12)は、前記切断手段(86)に電気導電的に連結される少なくとも一つの切断用端子(94)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか1項に記載の生体組織連結用手術器具(12)。
- 前記少なくとも一つの切断用端子(94)は前記切断要素(88)に電気導電的に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の生体組織連結用手術器具(12)。
- 前記工具要素(14、16)は互いに対してピボット及び/又は変位可能に構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか1項に記載の生体組織連結用手術器具(12)。
- 前記器具(12)は、前記工具要素(14、16)を互いに対して移動させるための稼動手段(76)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか1項に記載の生体組織連結用手術器具(12)。
- 前記器具(12)は、前記工具要素(14、16)のうち少なくとも一つと前記切断要素(88)を互いに対して移動させるための切断稼動手段(98)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか1項に記載の生体組織連結用手術器具(12)。
- 前記稼動手段(76)及び/又は前記切断稼動手段(98)は前記器具(12)の近接端部に配置又は形成されることを特徴とする、請求項8又は9に記載の生体組織連結用手術器具(12)。
- 前記稼動手段(76)及び前記切断稼動手段(98)は、互いに対してピボット可能で、前記少なくとも一つの工具要素(16)を他の工具要素(14)に対して移動させたり、前記少なくとも一つの工具要素(14、16)を前記切断要素(88)に対して移動させる目的で駆動力を伝達するために工具要素(14、16)のうち少なくとも一つ又は切断要素(88)と作動的に連結される二つの稼動部材(100)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8〜10のうちいずれか1項に記載の生体組織連結用手術器具(12)。
- 請求項1〜11のうちいずれか1項に記載の手術器具と、HF電極(28、29)及び/又は切断要素(88)に電気導電的且つ選択的に連結できる少なくとも一つのHF電流生成器(18)と、を備える手術システム。
