Description
本実施の形態は、1つの冷却器で温度帯の異なる第1の貯蔵室及び第2の貯蔵室を冷却する冷蔵庫において、第1の貯蔵室の冷気が第2の貯蔵室内に侵入することにより第1の貯蔵室の環境が第2の貯蔵室に影響を及ぼすことを抑制するものである。例えば、第1の貯蔵室を冷凍室、第2の貯蔵室を冷蔵室とした場合に、冷凍室の冷気が冷蔵室に侵入することにより冷蔵室内の湿度が低下することを抑制し、冷蔵室の湿度を、低コストで、2つ以上の冷却器を備えた冷蔵庫の冷蔵室内の湿度と同等以上の高湿度とするものである。
図1は、第1の実施の形態における冷蔵庫1の全体図である。図示するように、冷蔵庫1は、第1の貯蔵室の一例としての冷凍室10と、第2の貯蔵室の一例としての冷蔵室20とを備える。また、仕切り30と、上側冷気通路40と、下側冷気通路50と、圧縮機60とを備える。図1は、冷蔵庫1を前面から見たときの図であるので、冷凍室10内には、冷凍室ダクトカバー11と、冷却器カバー12とが見えており、冷蔵室20内には、冷蔵室ダクトカバー21が見えている。仕切り30は、冷凍室10と冷蔵室20とを仕切る。上側冷気通路40は、仕切り30の上部に設けられた冷気の通路であり、下側冷気通路50は、仕切り30の下部に設けられた冷気の通路であるが、詳細は詳述する。圧縮機60は、冷媒を圧縮して、冷凍サイクル内に冷媒を循環させる。
第2の実施の形態における冷蔵庫1は、冷凍室ダクトの内部以外は第1の実施の形態で説明したものと同様なので、説明を省略する。
第3の実施の形態における冷蔵庫1も、冷凍室ダクトの内部以外は第1の実施の形態で説明したものと同様なので、説明を省略する。
第1乃至第3の実施の形態では、冷凍室及び冷蔵室のそれぞれに冷気を送風する2系統の風路の何れか一方を、ダンパーでの切り替え制御により選択することとしたが、これには限らない。2系統の風路の何れか一方を選択することが可能であれば、例えば、開閉機構を持つ一方弁やソレノイド式開閉弁等を、それぞれの風路に1つずつ設けるようにしてもよく、このような構成によっても第1乃至第3の実施の形態と同様の効果は得られる。
Claims (3)
- 冷媒を圧縮して循環させる圧縮機と、
前記圧縮機による冷媒の循環により冷気を生成する冷却器と、
冷凍温度帯の貯蔵室である第1の貯蔵室と、
前記第1の貯蔵室への風路である第1の風路と、
冷蔵温度帯の貯蔵室である第2の貯蔵室と、
前記第2の貯蔵室への風路である第2の風路と、
前記冷却器により生成された冷気を送風する冷却ファンと、
前記冷却ファンにより送風された冷気が前記第1の風路及び前記第2の風路の一方に交互に流入するように切り替える切替手段と、
前記冷却ファンにより送風された冷気が前記第1の風路に流入するように前記切替手段を制御した後、前記圧縮機を停止させ、かつ、前記冷却ファンを運転させ、その後、前記冷却器の温度が予め定めた温度になった場合、又は、予め定めた時間が経過した場合に、前記冷却ファンにより送風された冷気が前記第2の風路に流入するように前記切替手段を制御する制御手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 冷媒を圧縮して循環させる圧縮機と、
前記圧縮機による冷媒の循環により冷気を生成する冷却器と、
冷凍温度帯の貯蔵室である第1の貯蔵室と、
前記第1の貯蔵室への風路である第1の風路と、
冷蔵温度帯の貯蔵室である第2の貯蔵室と、
前記第2の貯蔵室への風路である第2の風路と、
前記冷却器により生成された冷気を送風する冷却ファンと、
前記冷却ファンにより送風された冷気が前記第1の風路及び前記第2の風路の一方に交互に流入するように切り替える切替手段と、
前記冷却ファンにより送風された冷気が前記第1の風路に流入するように前記切替手段を制御した後、前記圧縮機を停止させ、かつ、前記冷却ファンを運転させ、その後、前記冷却ファンにより送風された冷気が前記第2の風路に流入するように前記切替手段を制御する制御手段と
を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記第2の貯蔵室の温度が目標温度に達した場合であっても、継続して前記冷却ファンを運転させ、その際に、前記圧縮機により圧縮された高温の冷媒を前記冷却器に直接送るためのバイパス経路を開くことを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 前記制御手段は、前記冷却器又は前記第2の貯蔵室の温度が予め定めた温度になった場合に、前記バイパス経路を閉じることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の冷蔵庫。
