Claims (4)
- 青汁成分である大麦若葉、明日葉、ケール、クレソン、パセリ、ヨモギのいずれか又は複数と、水中で分散安定化するエクストラバージンオリーブオイルを含んでなることを特徴とする飲料用組成物。
- 前期青汁成分は青汁原料の搾汁を含み、前期水中で分散安定化する油脂は、分散安定剤の添加又は機械的分散により分散安化された油脂であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の飲料用組成物。
- 請求項1、2いずれか1項に記載の飲料用組成物と、食品又は流動性食品とを含んでなることを特徴とする飲料。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の飲料用組成物の製造方法。
