Claims (18)
- 靴用のソールプレートを作製するための方法であって、
a.ポリマーメルトおよび発泡剤の混合物を用意するステップと、
b.前記混合物を金型へ射出するステップと、
c.ソールプレートの少なくとも第1の部分を発泡させずに、およびソールプレートの少なくとも第2の部分を前記金型内で発泡後に固化させるステップと
を含み、
d.前記混合物が粘度数≧130ml/gに相当する平均分子量を有するポリマーを含み、前記粘度数がISO307標準にしたがって溶液粘度測定法により決定され、
前記金型が少なくとも第1のキャビティおよび第2のキャビティを含み、前記混合物が少なくとも部分的に前記第2のキャビティ内で発泡を受けるときに、前記混合物が発泡せずに前記第1のキャビティ内で固化する、
方法。 - 前記混合物がポリアミドを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物がポリアミド12を含む請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記混合物がステップbの間その非発泡状態で維持される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡剤が超臨界ガスを含む請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記発泡が前記金型内の圧力を減らすことにより誘発される請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記発泡が前記金型の少なくとも一区画の容積の増加により誘発される、または発泡中に前記金型の少なくとも一区画の容積が増加する請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記金型の容積の増加が0.1%から500%の間である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記金型へ射出する前の前記混合物が150℃から300℃の間の温度で維持される、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記金型の少なくともその一区画が20℃から120℃の間の温度で維持される、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれかにより作製されるソールプレート。
- 本質的に非発泡の前足部および少なくとも部分的に発泡した中足部を含む、11に記載のソールプレート。
- 前記中足部が前記前足部より大きな厚さを有する、請求項12に記載のソールプレート。
- 前記中足部が前記前足部より高い曲げ強さを提供するように適応される、請求項11〜13のいずれかに記載のソールプレート。
- 請求項11〜14のいずれかに記載の前記ソールプレートを含む靴底。
- 請求項15に記載の靴底を含む靴。
- 前記金型の内側の一部分の容積が、前記一部分内で前記混合物の局所的な発泡を実現するために増加することができる、請求項10〜16のいずれかに記載のソールプレートを作製するように構成された金型。
- 前記一部分の容積を、第2の区画を移動させることにより増加させることができる、少なくとも第1の区画および少なくとも第2の区画を含む、請求項17に記載の金型。
