Claims (23)
- 第1および第2のチューブ群の熱可塑性のチューブ(1,2)を溶接する装置であって、第1のチューブクランプ(101,201)と第2のチューブクランプ(102,202)とをそれぞれ含む2つのチューブホルダ(100,200)と、溶接ナイフ(4)とを備え、
第1のチューブ群のチューブ(1)は、2つのチューブホルダ(100,200)間に連続的に直線状に延びるとともにその中で圧絞されるよう2つの第1のチューブクランプ(101,201)の貫通開口(11,21)内に挿入され、
第2のチューブ群のチューブ(2)は、2つのチューブホルダ(100,200)間に連続的に直線状に延びるとともにその中で圧絞されるよう2つの第2のチューブクランプ(102,202)の貫通開口(12,22)内に挿入され、
溶接ナイフ(4)は、第1および第2のチューブ群のチューブ(1,2)を一度に切断して切断端(1’、2’)および残りの端(1’’,2’’)を生成するよう第1および第2のチューブホルダ(100,200)の間で移動可能であり、
チューブの切断端(1’、2’)を互いに整列させるために、2つのチューブホルダ(100,200)の一方を他方のチューブホルダ(100,200)に対して変位させることができ、
前記第1のチューブ群のチューブ(1)の各切断端(1’)と前記第2のチューブ群のチューブ(2)の各切断端(2’)を同時に溶接して連続したチューブを形成するために、前記2つのチューブホルダ(100,200)は、水平方向において互いに近接または離間変位可能であり、
2つの第1のチューブクランプ(101,201)の貫通開口(11,21)が第1の平面上に配置され、2つの第2のチューブクランプ(102,202)の貫通開口(12,22)が第2の平面上に配置され、前記第1の平面は前記第2の平面と平行に配置されることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記2つの第1のチューブクランプ(101,201)および前記2つの第2のチューブクランプ(102,202)が圧絞領域(31,32)を含み、これらの圧絞領域(31,32)は、前記貫通開口(11,21,12,22)に沿って延在するとともに、挿入されたチューブを前記第1の平面および/または前記第2の平面に対して斜めの角度で圧絞するために設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 溶接ナイフ(4)は溶接ナイフホルダ(40)内でクランプされることできるとともに、チューブを切断するために溶接ナイフホルダ(40)を垂直方向に移動させる駆動ユニット(401)が設けられており、2つのチューブホルダ(100,200)の一方を他方のチューブホルダ(100,200)に対して垂直方向に変位させてチューブの切断端(1’,2’)を整列させることができることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記2つのチューブホルダ(100,200)は、溶接ナイフホルダ(40)の垂直方向の動作に伴い、互いに近接または離間するように水平方向に移動することができ、あるいは両方のチューブホルダ(100,200)を一方向に同時に移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、垂直方向に移動可能なプラットフォーム(400)を備え、前記溶接ナイフホルダ(40)がこのプラットフォーム(400)上に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記溶接ナイフホルダ(40)は、その間に前記溶接ナイフ(4)をクランプ可能な2つの対向するクランプ部(43,44)を有し、前記2つのクランプ部の一方は固定され、他方は固定されたクランプ部に対して移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項3から5までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記2つのクランプ部(43,44)の少なくとも一方に、一対の第1のクランクブラケット(41)が設けられ、該一対のクランクブラケット(41)は、合計4つの第1のクランク(411)を有し、これらのクランク(411)は、互いに同一であり、かつ、溶接ナイフ(4)が2つのクランプ部の間にクランプされるときに、溶接ナイフ(4)の平面に対して鏡面対称に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記溶接ナイフホルダ(40)の垂直方向への運動中に、前記クランク(411)を辿ることによって前記2つのチューブホルダ(100,200)を水平方向で互いに近接または離間させるように、あるいは両チューブホルダ(100,200)を一方向に同時に移送させるために、一対のトレーサホイール(53)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 第2のクランクブラケット(45)および追加のトレーサホイール(52)が設けられ、前記追加のトレーサホイール(52)は、第1のクランプ部(43)を固定された第2のクランプ部(44)に対して移動させることによって2つのクランプ部(43,44)間の距離を変えるために、前記溶接ナイフホルダ(40)の垂直方向の動作中に前記第2のクランクブラケット(45)を辿ることを特徴とする、請求項6から8までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 追加のトレーサホイール(52)が前記第2のクランクブラケット(45)を辿ることによって3つの異なる位置、すなわち、2つのクランプ部間の距離が、溶接ナイフが所定の位置にクランプされると同時に電気的に接触するように選択された第1の接触位置(A)と、2つのクランプ部(43,44)の間の距離が、溶接ナイフの排出が可能となるよう選択された第2の位置(C)と、2つのクランプ部(43,44)の間の距離が、溶接ナイフが2つのクランプ部(43,44)の間に挿入できるように選択されたピックアップ位置(B)と、が設定されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記2つのクランプ部(43,44)の少なくとも一方に圧力パッドが配置され、該圧力パッドは、前記接触位置(A)で前記溶接ナイフ(4)に接触し、前記圧力パッドは少なくとも1つのクランプ部(43,44)にバネで取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、一次巻線と二次巻線とを有する変圧器ユニット(90)をさらに備え、前記二次巻線が単一の導体のみによって形成され、この導体は前記2つのクランプ部(43,44)の一方、固定されたクランプ部(44)に接続され、溶接ナイフ(4)が接触位置(A)において二次回路を閉じることよって所望の温度に加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項6から11までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1および第2のチューブ群(1,2)はそれぞれ、チューブ群(1,2)当たり同数の個別のチューブを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1および第2のチューブ群(1,2)はそれぞれ、チューブ群(1,2)当たり
2本以上のチューブを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記第1および第2のチューブ群(1,2)はそれぞれ、チューブ群(1,2)当たり6本のチューブを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から15までのいずれか一項に記載の装置によって、第1および第2のチューブ群の複数のチューブ(1,2)を溶接する方法であって、第1のステップにおいて第1および第2のチューブ群のチューブを、対向する第1および第2のチューブホルダ(100,200)内に互いに平行にかつ一方が他方の上位に挿入し、すなわち、該チューブを、前記チューブホルダ間で連続的に直線状に延びるとともにその中で圧絞されるよう第1および第2のチューブホルダ(100,200)内に挿入し、
加熱可能な溶接ナイフ(4)を溶接ナイフホルダ(40)内に挿入して所望の温度に加熱し、
圧絞されたチューブが同時に切断されて切断端(1’,2’)と残りの端(1’’,2’’)とが形成されるように、加熱された溶接ナイフ(4)を第1および第2のチューブホルダ(100,200)内に移動させ、
加熱された溶接ナイフ(4)によってチューブの切断端(1’,2’)を溶融し、
第1のチューブ群のチューブ(1)の切断端(1’)が、第2のチューブ群のチューブ(2)の切断端(2’)の反対側に対称的に配置されるように、2つのチューブホルダ(100,200)の一方を他方(100,200)に対して変位させることによって、第1のチューブ群のチューブ(1)の切断端(1’)を、第2のチューブ群のチューブ(2)の切断端(2’)に整列させ、
第1のチューブ群のチューブ(1)の各切断端(1’)が、第2のチューブ群のチューブ(2)の各切断端(2’)に同時に溶接されてそれぞれ連続したチューブとなるよう前記2つのチューブホルダ(100,200)を相互に接近する方向に変位させ、
前記溶接ナイフ(4)を前記溶接ナイフホルダ(40)から排出することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記溶接ナイフ(4)の挿入中、前記第1および第2のチューブホルダ(100,200)間の水平方向の距離はd1になり、
前記距離は、圧絞されたチューブを切断する際にd4に増大され、
前記距離は、前記切断端を溶融させる際にd2となり、ここでd1<d2<d4が適用され、
前記距離は、前記2つのチューブホルダ(100,200)の一方を変位させる際に、再びd4に増大され
前記距離は、溶接作業中にd3となり、ここでd3<d4が適用され、
前記2つのチューブホルダ(100,200)間の前記距離は、前記切断端(1’,2’)から前記溶接ナイフを排出する際にd5となり、ここで、d5は、5つのすべての前記距離(d1,d2,d3,d4)の中で一番小さいことを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の方法。 - 溶接ナイフ(4)であってその溶融表面(49)に複数の凹部(48)を有することを特徴とする溶融ナイフ。
- 前記溶融表面(49)は長方形であるとともに、その2つの短辺に沿って周縁ゾーン(4’,4’’)が設けられており、前記周縁ゾーンは、変圧器ユニット(90)の二次側(92)に接触するために設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の溶融ナイフ。
- 前記凹部(48)は前記溶融表面(49)の前記周縁ゾーンに沿って配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の溶融ナイフ。
- 前記溶接ナイフ(4)は、長方形の2つの長辺の一方にブレード(50)を有し、前記ブレード(50)は、長方形の断面に対して対称の形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項18から20までのいずれか一項に記載の溶融ナイフ。
- 前記ブレード(50)は、薄板を長手方向に半分に折り畳むことで折曲げ縁によって形成されるか、あるいは、薄板の長辺側に沿ってスタンピングすることによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項18から21までのいずれか一項に記載の溶接ナイフ。
- 請求項18から22までのいずれか一項に記載の複数の溶接ナイフを備えるボックスであって、全体として交換可能なボックス。
