Description
−熱機関が、電気機械を車輪に接続する運動学的チェーンから連結解除される位置、
−熱機関が、電気機械から独立して車輪を駆動する位置、および
−熱機関と電気機械とが、それらの各トルクを車輪の方向で足し合わせるように連結される位置。
−電気モータが副シャフトに直接は連結されない位置、
−電気モータが第1の比で副シャフトに直接取り付けられる位置、および
−電気モータが第2の比で副シャフトに直接取り付けられる位置。
−2つの主シャフトを連結させるステップ、
−熱機関の燃料注入を遮断するステップ、
−電気機械によって熱機関を発動するステップ、
−熱機関と電気機械との速度を同期させるステップ、
−燃料注入を起動させるステップ、および
−電気機械をオフに切り替え、2つの主シャフトを連結解除するステップ。
−熱機関3が、電気機械7を車輪に接続する運動学的チェーンから連結解除される位置、
−熱機関3が、電気機械7から独立して車輪を駆動させる位置、および
−熱機関3と電気機械7とが、それらの各トルクを車輪の方向で足し合わせるように連結される位置。
−電気機械7が副シャフト10に直接は連結されない位置、
−電気モータが歯車12によって第1の比で副シャフト10に直接接続される位置、および
−電気モータが歯車11によって第2の比で副シャフトに直接接続される位置。
−段階1:エンジンのスタータを起動させる段階、
−段階2:燃料を注入して、エンジンに速度を上げさせる段階、
−段階3:目標アイドル速度に近付くように注入を中断する段階、および
−段階4:アイドル速度調整を起動させる(注入を再起動させる)段階。
−2つの主シャフトを連結させるステップ、
−熱機関の燃料注入を遮断するステップ、
−電気機械によって熱機関を発動するステップ、
−熱機関と電気機械との速度を同期させるステップ、
−燃料注入を起動させるステップ、および
−電気機械をオフに切り替え、2つの主シャフトを連結解除するステップ。
−汚染の削減に関する利益:燃料の燃焼なく熱機関の速度上昇が行われるので、汚染排気物質が減少される。
−音響に関する利益:熱機関のスタータが導入されないため。
−快適性に関する利益:熱機関の始動を確実にするために電気牽引機械を採用することによって、始動時間が短縮される。これは、電気駆動機械の性能がスタータの性能よりも優れているからである。
−汚染をなくす触媒の機能を保証することが可能であるように触媒を加熱して触媒を準備することからなる、触媒を活性化する方策、または
−バッテリの充電レベルを維持する方策(充電レベルの維持が重要になるとき)。
Claims (9)
- ハイブリッドパワートレインの熱機関(3)の始動を制御するための方法であって、前記ハイブリッドパワートレインが、前記熱機関(3)および駆動用電気機械(7)と、前記熱機関(3)および前記駆動用電気機械(7)に1つずつ連結された2つの同心の主シャフト(1、6)と、車両の車輪に接続された副シャフト(10)にある、各主シャフト(1、6)の少なくとも1つの減速歯車(8、9)と、前記熱機関(3)と駆動用電気機械(7)が連結される位置で前記2つの主シャフト(1、6)を連結することにより前記熱機関(3)と駆動用電気機械(7)の前記車輪の方向の各トルクを足し合わせるための連結手段(5)とを備え、前記方法が、
前記連結手段(5)により前記2つの主シャフトを連結させるステップと、
前記熱機関の燃料注入を遮断するステップと、
前記駆動用電気機械によって前記熱機関を発動するステップと、
燃料注入なしで、前記熱機関と前記駆動用電気機械との速度を同期させるステップと、
前記燃料注入を起動させるステップと、
前記駆動用電気機械をオフに切り替え、前記連結手段(5)により前記2つの主シャフトを連結解除するステップと
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記熱機関(3)と前記駆動用電気機械(7)とが、前記熱機関のアイドル速度で同期されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御方法。
- 前記熱機関(3)と前記駆動用電気機械(7)とが、前記熱機関のアイドル速度よりも速い速度で同期されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御方法。
- 前記速度の同期と前記注入の起動とが同時であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の制御方法。
- 前記制御方法が、前記車両のバッテリの運動学的な停止時再充電モードが起動されるときに介在し、停止時再充電モードにおいて、前記熱機関(3)が、前記駆動用電気機械(7)を発電機に切り替えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の制御方法。
- 前記2つの主シャフト(1、6)を連結させるための手段(5)が前記2つの主シャフト(1、6)を接続するときに前記バッテリの前記運動学的な停止時再充電モードに入ることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の制御方法。
- 前記バッテリの前記運動学的な停止時再充電モードが、停止時の再充電モードであることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の制御方法。
- 前記駆動用電気機械(7)が前記車両の駆動のみを確実にする電気モードと、前記熱機関(3)の動力寄与を前記駆動用電気機械(7)の動力寄与に加えるために、前記熱機関(3)の始動を必要とするハイブリッドモードとの間の移行時に介在することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の制御方法。
- 運転サイクル中の前記熱機関(3)の初動のために確保されることを特徴とする請求項5から8のいずれか一項に記載の制御方法。
