Description
Claims (8)
- 複数のスイッチング素子を含み、直流端電圧を受信して、前記スイッチング素子のスイッチングによって3相交流の出力電圧を生成するインバータ部;
初期電圧指令が電圧制限線の内部である場合、前記初期電圧指令に相当するパルス幅変調(PWM)制御信号を前記インバータ部の前記スイッチング素子に提供する電圧指令出力部;
前記初期電圧指令が前記電圧制限線の外部である場合、予め設定された修正指数テーブルを参照してより大きく前記初期電圧指令の変調指数を修正する変調指数修正部;及び、
修正された変調指数によって修正された初期電圧指令(修正電圧指令)を前記電圧制限線に制限して、過変調された電圧指令(過変調電圧指令)を生成する過変調電圧指令生成部を含み、
前記電圧指令出力部は、前記初期電圧指令が前記電圧制限線の外部である場合、前記過変調電圧指令に相当するPWM制御信号を前記インバータ部の前記スイッチング素子に提供するインバータ制御装置。 - 前記変調指数修正部は、
前記過変調電圧指令によって出力される前記インバータ部の出力電圧の変調指数が前記過変調電圧指令の変調指数と線形になるように、前記初期電圧指令の変調指数を修正する、請求項1に記載のインバータ制御装置。 - 前記修正電圧指令は、下記数式1によって決定される、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のインバータ制御装置。
- 前記過変調電圧指令生成部は、
前記電圧制限線を外れた前記修正電圧指令に対して、前記インバータ部のPWMスイッチング状態を維持する方式で前記過変調電圧指令を生成する、請求項1〜請求項3のうちいずれか一項に記載のインバータ制御装置。 - 前記過変調電圧指令生成部は、
前記修正電圧指令のうち、最大値と中間値との差が中間値と最小値との差より大きければ、前記修正電圧指令の最大値を正の直流端電圧と決定し、前記修正電圧指令のうち、最大値と中間値との差が中間値と最小値との差より小さいか同様であれば、前記修正電圧指令の最小値を負の直流端電圧と決定して、前記過変調電圧指令を生成する、請求項4に記載のインバータ制御装置。 - 前記変調指数修正部は、
前記初期電圧指令の変調指数を下表1のように修正する、請求項1〜請求項5のうちいずれか一項に記載のインバータ制御装置。
- 前記電圧制限線は、
インバータの入力電源の大きさによって前記インバータ部が最大に出力できる電圧の限界線である、請求項1〜請求項6のうちいずれか一項に記載のインバータ制御装置。 - 前記電圧制限線は、六角形状である、請求項7に記載のインバータ制御装置。
