Claims (6)
- 電解質膜・電極構造体とセパレータとがセパレータ厚さ方向に積層され、前記電解質膜・電極構造体に対向して前記セパレータの一端から他端に向かって発電面に沿って反応ガスを流す反応ガス流路が形成され、前記反応ガス流路に向けて前記反応ガスを供給する反応ガス入口連通孔と、前記反応ガス流路を通過した前記反応ガスを流す反応ガス出口連通孔とが、前記セパレータの厚さ方向に貫通形成され、前記反応ガス入口連通孔と前記反応ガス流路の上流端とを連結する複数の入口連結流路溝と、前記反応ガス流路の下流端と前記反応ガス出口連通孔とを連結する複数の出口連結流路溝が形成された発電セルにおいて、
前記反応ガス入口連通孔は、前記反応ガス流路の流路幅方向における前記セパレータの中央部に1つ設けられ、
前記複数の入口連結流路溝の各々は、当該入口連結流路溝の入口から前記反応ガス流路へ至る間に、流路が複数回分岐し、
前記反応ガス出口連通孔は、前記反応ガス流路の前記流路幅方向における前記セパレータの両端部に第1反応ガス出口連通孔と、第2反応ガス出口連通孔の2つを有し、
前記複数の出口連結流路溝は、前記反応ガス流路から前記第1反応ガス出口連通孔に連結する第1出口連結流路溝と、前記反応ガス流路から前記第2反応ガス出口連通孔に連結する第2出口連結流路溝とを有し、
前記第1出口連結流路溝は、前記反応ガス流路から当該第1出口連結流路溝の出口へ至る間に、流路が複数回合流し、
前記第2出口連結流路溝は、前記反応ガス流路から当該第2出口連結流路溝の出口へ至る間に、流路が複数回合流し、
前記第1出口連結流路溝及び前記第2出口連結流路溝の合流回数は共に、前記複数の入口連結流路溝の各々の分岐回数よりも多い、
ことを特徴とする発電セル。 - 請求項1記載の発電セルにおいて、
前記反応ガス流路、前記入口連結流路溝及び前記出口連結流路溝は、燃料ガスを流す流路である、
ことを特徴とする発電セル。 - 請求項1又は2記載の発電セルにおいて、
前記出口連結流路溝は、前記反応ガス流路の流路幅方向に沿って間隔を置いて設けられた複数の凸部により互いに仕切られた複数の第1流路要素と、前記複数の凸部よりも前記反応ガス出口連通孔側に設けられた中間突起により互いに仕切られた複数の第2流路要素とを有し、前記複数の第2流路要素の本数は、前記第1流路要素の本数よりも少ない、
ことを特徴とする発電セル。 - 請求項3記載の発電セルにおいて、
前記中間突起は、前記複数の凸部から離間して設けられている、
ことを特徴とする発電セル。 - 請求項3又は4記載の発電セルにおいて、
前記中間突起は、前記複数の凸部の延在方向に対して交差する方向に延在する、
ことを特徴とする発電セル。 - 請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の発電セルにおいて、
前記複数の凸部は、少なくとも1つの凸部が他の凸部と異なる長さを有する、
ことを特徴とする発電セル。
