Claims (8)
- 電動機の回転軸を介して入力される該電動機からの動力を駆動軸に伝達するよう構成された動力伝達装置であって、
前記駆動軸に平行に配置されると共に、前記電動機の回転軸および前記駆動軸に接続されるよう構成された第1軸と、
前記第1軸を支持する軸支持部を有するよう構成されたケース部材と、
を備え、
前記第1軸の一方の軸方向一端部には、ブラシ部材が摺接されるよう構成されており、
前記軸支持部は、前記第1軸の前記軸方向一端部を支持する一端支持部と、前記第1軸の軸方向他端部を支持する他端軸支持部と、を有しており、
前記ケース部材は、前記一端支持部が配置された側に、前記第1軸に伝達される動力の発生に関連する動力発生部材が取り付けられるよう構成されていると共に、該動力発生部材が取り付けられた際、前記ケース部材と前記動力発生部材との間に外気に連通する空間を有するよう構成されており、
前記一端支持部は、少なくとも一部が前記空間内に配置されるよう構成されており、
少なくとも一部が前記空間内に配置された前記一端支持部には、前記ブラシ部材を収容可能なブラシ収容部が一体に構成されており、
前記ブラシ収容部は、前記ケース部材の外部から前記軸方向一端部まで達する収容穴と、該収容穴と前記空間とを連通する連通穴と、を有するよう構成されている

前記空間は、前記電動機が前記ケース部材に取り付けられた際に前記ケース部材と前記電動機との間に構成される

前記内燃機関からの動力を発電機の回転軸に伝達すると共に前記発電機で発電した電力を利用して前記電動機を駆動するよう構成されており、
前記空間は、前記内燃機関が前記ケース部材に取り付けられた際に前記ケース部材と前記内燃機関との間に構成される
請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記空間は、前記内燃機関のクランク軸の回転変動を緩和するために該クランク軸に取り付けられた回転変動緩和部材を収容するための収容空間として構成されている
請求項3に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記駆動軸に平行に配置されると共に、前記電動機の回転軸に直結された入力軸を備え、
前記第1軸は、前記入力軸と前記駆動軸との間に配置された中間軸として構成されている請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1軸は、前記電動機の回転軸に直結された入力軸として構成されている請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記ケース部材は、前記空間内に溜まった水を排出するよう構成された水抜き部を有しており、
該水抜き部を利用して前記ケース部材と前記動力発生部材との間に構成される前記空間を外気に連通するよう構成されている
請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 電動機と、
該電動機に電気的に接続されたインバータと、
内燃機関と、
該内燃機関の駆動に伴って発電する発電機と、
該発電機および前記インバータに電気的に接続された蓄電池と、
前記電動機からの動力を前記駆動軸に伝達すると共に前記内燃機関からの動力を前記発電機に伝達するよう構成された請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の動力伝達装置と、
を備え、
前記発電機により発電した電力を前記蓄電池に蓄電すると共に、該蓄電池からの電力を前記インバータを介して前記電動機に供給するよう構成されている
