Claims (3)
- 絶縁板で複数の導電条部材を並設保持してブレードを形成し、複数のブレードを収容するための収容部を内部に形成しているハウジングの前部に、相手コネクタの挿抜のための嵌合部が形成され、ハウジングの底部に回路基板への取付面を有し、
導電条部材はその前端部となる一端部に相手コネクタの対応端子と接触するための接触部が形成され、他端部に回路基板の対応回路部へ半田接続される接続部がハウジング外に突出するように形成されている回路基板用電気コネクタにおいて、
上記ハウジングに形成された収容部は、各ブレードの前部を収容する収容溝を各ブレードに対応して有し、
上記複数のブレードのうち少なくとも一つは、対応する収容溝内で、固定保持されており、他のブレードはそれぞれの対応する収容溝内で可動となっていることを特徴とする回路基板用電気コネクタ。 - 複数のブレードは、保持している導電条部材の長さが各ブレードごとに異なっている複数種のブレードから成り、
上記導電条部材は、挿抜方向に直状をなして延びる腕部と、該腕部の後端と屈曲部を介して連結され底部へ向け下方に延びる脚部とを有していて、腕部の前端部に相手コネクタの対応端子と接触するための接触部が形成され、脚部の下端に回路基板の対応回路部に半田接続される接続部が形成されており、
各種のブレードは、腕部が保持される腕部用ブレードと脚部が保持される脚部用ブレードとを有し、腕部用ブレードと脚部用ブレードのブレード板面同士が角度をなすようにして導電条部材の屈曲部で連結されており、
複数種のブレードは、互いの腕部用ブレード同士がそして脚部用ブレード同士が間隔をもって順次位置するように、各種ブレードの導電条部材の腕部そして脚部の長さが設定されており、
ハウジングに形成された収容溝は、各種ブレードの腕部用ブレードがそれぞれ後方から挿入されることを許容するように形成されていることとする請求項1に記載の回路基板用電気コネクタ。 - ブレードは、腕用ブレードと脚用ブレードが直角をなしており、収容溝内で固定保持されているブレード以外の他のブレードが相手コネクタの挿抜方向に可動となっていることとする請求項2に記載の回路基板用電気コネクタ。
