Description
本発明に係る雌型電気コネクタは、板状をなす電気絶縁材の基材の板厚方向に対して直角な板面を端子配列面として雄端子を該基材に固定して配列保持している複数のブレードが上記端子配列面に対して直角な板厚方向にハウジングで配列保持されている相手方である雄型電気コネクタに嵌合接続される。
本発明に係る雄型電気コネクタは、板状をなす電気絶縁材の基材に複数の雄端子が該基材に固定して並列に配列保持されているブレードと、複数のブレードの端子配列面同士が対向するように該ブレードを平行に保持するとともに相手方である雌型電気コネクタを嵌合位置に案内するガイド部が設けられているハウジングとを有する。
本発明において、電気コネクタ組立体は、上述の雌型電気コネクタと雄型電気コネクタとで構成される。

Claims (3)
- 板状をなす電気絶縁材の基材の板厚方向に対して直角な板面を端子配列面として雄端子を該基材に固定して配列保持している複数のブレードが上記端子配列面に対して直角な板厚方向にハウジングで配列保持されている相手方である雄型電気コネクタに嵌合接続される雌型電気コネクタにおいて、
雄型電気コネクタの複数の雄端子に接触する複数の雌端子と、
該複数の雌端子の接触部を弾性変位可能にして保持するとともに雄型電気コネクタのハウジングに嵌合するハウジングとを有し、
ハウジングは、ブレードの板厚方向でブレードの配置範囲外であってブレードの端子配列範囲内に上記雄型電気コネクタとの嵌合のための嵌合域を形成し、
嵌合域に、雄型電気コネクタのハウジングに設けられたガイド部を受け入れる空間として形成された被ガイド部と、雄型電気コネクタのハウジングに形成されたブロック部受入空間に進入して雄型電気コネクタのブレードを該ブレードの板厚方向に支持するブロック部とを有し、上記ブレードの板厚方向に対して直角な方向で上記被ガイド部と上記ブロック部が並んでおり、上記ブレードの板厚方向で該ブロック部が被ガイド部と同じ領域に形成されていることを特徴とする雌型電気コネクタ。 - 板状をなす電気絶縁材の基材に複数の雄端子が該基材に固定して並列に配列保持されているブレードと、複数のブレードの端子配列面同士が対向するように該ブレードを平行に保持するとともに相手方である雌型電気コネクタを嵌合位置に案内するガイド部が設けられているハウジングとを有する雄型電気コネクタにおいて、
ハウジングは、ブレードの板厚方向でブレードの配置範囲外であってブレードの端子配列範囲内に上記雌型電気コネクタとの嵌合のための嵌合域を形成し、
嵌合域に、雌型電気コネクタのハウジングに形成された被ガイド部に進入する上記ガイド部と、ブレードを該ブレードの板厚方向で支持するための上記雌型電気コネクタのブロック部を受け入れるブロック部受入空間とを有しており、
上記ブレードの板厚方向に対して直角な方向で上記ガイド部と上記ブロック部受入空間とが並んでおり、
上記ブレードの板厚方向で上記ガイド部が上記ブロック部受入空間と同じ領域に形成されていることを特徴とする雄型電気コネクタ。 - 請求項1に記載の雌型電気コネクタと請求項2に記載の雄型電気コネクタとを有する電気コネクタ組立体。
