Claims (4)
- 絶縁板で複数の導電条部材を並設保持して一種のブレードを形成し、上記導電条部材の長手方向での長さが異なる複数種のブレードを収容するための収容空間を内部に形成しているハウジングの前部に、相手コネクタの挿抜のための嵌合部が形成され、該前面に対して角度をもつ直角なハウジングの底部に、回路基板への取付面を有し、
各種のブレードにて絶縁板に保持される導電条部材は、挿抜方向に直状をなして延びる腕部と、該腕部の後端と屈曲部を介して連結され底部へ向け下方に延びる脚部とを有していて、
腕部はその前端部に相手コネクタの対応端子と接触するための接触部が形成され、脚部は下端に回路基板の対応回路部に半田接続される接続部が形成されているライトアングル電気コネクタにおいて、
各種のブレードは、腕部が保持される腕部用ブレードと脚部が保持される脚部用ブレードとが、互いのブレード板面同士が角度をなすようにして導電条部材の屈曲部で連結されており、
複数種のブレードは、互いの腕部用ブレード同士が上下方向でそして脚部用ブレード同士が前後方向で間隔をもって順次位置するように、各種ブレードの導電条部材の腕部そして脚部の長さが設定されており、
ハウジングは、各種ブレードの腕部用ブレードがそれぞれ後方から挿入されることを許容する収容溝が上記収容空間内に形成されているとともに、各種ブレードの導電条部材の脚部の下端に設けられた接続部がハウジング外に位置しており、
上記各種ブレードの腕部用ブレードは、対応する収容溝内で、所定範囲での上下方向における移動が可能となっており、
各種ブレードは上記収容空間内で可動となっていることを特徴とするライトアングル電気コネクタ。 - 腕部用ブレードは、前後に離れた二位置に係止突部が設けられ、ハウジングはその収容溝の内面に上記二位置の係止突部に対してそれぞれ係止する二種の弾性係止片が設けられ、腕部用ブレードが収容溝へ後方から挿入される際に、上記弾性係止片が腕部用ブレードに圧せられて弾性変形することで腕部用ブレードの挿入を可能とし、腕部用ブレードが所定位置まで挿入されたときに、二種の弾性係止片が二つの係止突部の間に位置し、二種の弾性係止片のうち一方の弾性係止片が後方の係止片と係止して腕部用ブレード前方への移動を規制し、他方の弾性係止片が前方の係止片と係止して腕部用ブレードの後方への移動を規制するようになっていることとする請求項1に記載のライトアングル電気コネクタ。
- 腕部用ブレードは、該腕部用ブレードが収容溝内で上下方向に移動した際に収容溝内面と該腕部用ブレードの全長にわたり接触することを阻止する規制突部が設けられていることとする請求項1または請求項2に記載のライトアングル電気コネクタ。
- 腕部用ブレードは、導電条部材の腕部とハウジングの弾性係止片との間隔を最小とする近接範囲で上記腕部に対して絶縁コーティングが施されていることとする請求項1ないし請求項3のうちいずれか一つに記載のライトアングル電気コネクタ。
