Claims (6)
- エンコーダと、該エンコーダからシリアル通信で送信された情報を用いて対象物を制御する制御装置とを具備する制御システムであって、
前記エンコーダは、
被検知体の絶対位置データを含み、所定のデータ量からなる位置情報を生成する位置情報生成部と、
前記データ量におけるシリアル通信時の前記絶対位置データの割合を表す構成情報を生成する構成情報生成部と、
前記位置情報及び前記構成情報をシリアルデータとして前記制御装置に送信する送信部と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記エンコーダから送信された前記位置情報及び前記構成情報を受信する受信部と、
前記受信部が受信した前記構成情報を記憶する記憶部と、
前記記憶部に記憶した前記構成情報が、次回に前記受信部が受信した前記構成情報と一致しないときに、構成不一致を報知する報知部と、を備える、
制御システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記報知部が前記構成不一致を報知するときに、対象物の制御を停止する、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 前記構成不一致を可視情報として表示する表示装置をさらに備える、請求項1又は2に記載の制御システム。
- 前記制御装置は、前記記憶部に記憶した前記構成情報を、次回に前記受信部が受信した前記構成情報に書き替える更新処理部をさらに備える、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の制御システム。
- 前記位置情報生成部は、前記絶対位置データと被検知体の多回転データとを含む前記位置情報を生成し、前記構成情報生成部は、前記データ量におけるシリアル通信時の前記絶対位置データと前記多回転データとの配分を表す前記構成情報を生成する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の制御システム。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の制御システムに具備されるエンコーダであって、
前記送信部は、前記構成情報に対応する前記位置情報を前記制御装置に送信する、エンコーダ。
