Claims (2)
- エンコーダと、該エンコーダからシリアル通信で送信された情報を用いて対象物を制御する制御装置とを具備する制御システムであって、
前記エンコーダは、
被検知体の絶対位置データと被検知体の多回転データとを含み、所定のデータ量からなる位置情報を生成する位置情報生成部と、
前記データ量におけるシリアル通信時の前記絶対位置データと前記多回転データとの配分を表す構成情報を生成する構成情報生成部と、
前記位置情報及び前記構成情報を一連のシリアルデータとして前記制御装置に送信する送信部と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記エンコーダから送信された前記位置情報及び前記構成情報を受信する受信部と、
前記構成情報に基づいて、前記位置情報を処理する制御部と、
前記エンコーダから送信された前記構成情報のみを記憶する記憶部と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記位置情報の要求信号を所定の周期で前記エンコーダに送り、
前記制御装置から最初の前記要求信号を受けるときに、前記エンコーダは前記位置情報及び前記構成情報を前記シリアルデータとして前記制御装置に送信し、前記制御装置の前記記憶部は前記構成情報のみを記憶し、前記制御部は、前記受信部が受信した前記構成情報に基づいて、前記受信部が受信した前記位置情報を処理し、
前記制御装置から次回の前記要求信号を受けるときに、前記エンコーダは前記位置情報を前記シリアルデータとして前記制御装置に送信し、前記制御部は、前記記憶部に記憶された前記構成情報に基づいて、前記受信部が受信した前記位置情報を処理する、制御システム。 - 前記構成情報は、前記シリアル通信時の前記絶対位置データと前記多回転データとの境界を示す情報を含む、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
