Description
凝固浴として、緩衝作用を有するpH3〜7の酸性塩水溶液を用いることなく、従来法に従って、2次元の平板コレクタに、6w/v%のシルクフィブロイン水溶液を用いて、印加電圧15kv、吐糸速度1.0mL/h、紡糸距離18cmの条件で電界紡糸すると平均繊維径約130nmのナノファイバー不織布が作製された(図5)。図5から明らかなように、得られたナノファイバー不織布の空隙は0〜1μmであり、空隙が格別小さく、多孔質が形成されておらず、本発明の目的であるナノファイバー不織布の繊維空隙の多孔質サイズ(孔径:10〜100μm)より極めて顕著に小さかった。
Claims (5)
- 電界紡糸法に従って、紡糸液として、4〜30w/v%濃度のシルクタンパク質水溶液を用い、凝固浴として、緩衝作用を有するpH3〜7の酸性塩水溶液を用い、多孔質構造を有するシルク繊維集合体からなるシルク多孔質繊維立体構造体を形成させることを特徴とするシルク多孔質繊維立体構造体の製造方法。
- 前記緩衝作用を持つ酸性塩が、シュウ酸塩、マレイン酸塩、アスパラギン酸塩、酒石酸塩、リン酸塩、クエン酸塩、酢酸塩、及びコハク酸塩からなる群から選ばれた塩であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシルク多孔質繊維立体構造体の製造方法。
- 前記緩衝作用を持つ酸性塩水溶液に界面活性剤及びアルコールから選ばれた少なくとも1種を添加した混合水溶液を使用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシルク多孔質繊維立体構造体の製造方法。
- 前記アルコールがエタノール又はブタノールであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシルク多孔質繊維立体構造体の製造方法。
- 前記シルク多孔質繊維立体構造体を形成した後に、さらに、この形成したシルク多孔質繊維立体構造体をアルコール水溶液に浸漬し、又は水蒸気に暴露することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のシルク多孔質繊維立体構造体の製造方法。
