Claims (4)
- 車両の内燃機関の吸気経路に接続されるパージ経路と、前記パージ経路を開閉するパージ制御弁と、を備え、燃料タンク内の蒸発燃料を、前記パージ経路を介して前記吸気経路に供給するパージ供給装置と、
前記吸気経路の前記パージ経路との接続位置とスロットルバルブとの間に接続される循環経路と、前記循環経路を開閉する循環制御弁と、を備え、前記内燃機関の排気ガスの一部を、前記循環経路を介して前記吸気経路に供給する排気再循環装置と、
前記吸気経路の前記パージ経路との前記接続位置と、前記吸気経路の前記循環経路との接続位置と、の間に配置され、前記吸気経路の前記循環経路との前記接続位置における圧力を調整する圧力調整部と、を備え、
前記吸気経路の前記パージ経路との前記接続位置は、前記スロットルバルブよりも前記吸気経路の上流側に位置しており、
前記パージ供給装置は、前記スロットルバルブよりも下流側の前記吸気経路に接続されるパージ経路を有していない、吸気システム。 - 前記車両は、前記吸気経路の前記パージ経路との前記接続位置よりも上流側に配置され、大気から前記吸気経路に流入される空気流量を検出する空気流量検出部と、前記内燃機関の空燃比を検出する空燃比検出部と、を備え、
前記吸気システムは、
前記パージ供給装置から前記蒸発燃料が供給されている間に前記空気流量検出部によって検出される前記空気流量と、前記空燃比検出部によって検出される前記空燃比と、を用いて、前記パージ供給装置から供給される気体内の前記蒸発燃料の濃度を特定する制御部を、さらに備える、請求項1に記載の吸気システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記パージ供給装置から前記蒸発燃料が供給されている間に前記空気流量検出部によって検出される前記空気流量と、特定された前記濃度と、を用いて、前記内燃機関に供給される供給空気流量を推定し、
推定された前記供給空気流量を用いて、前記排気再循環装置から前記吸気経路に供給すべき気体流量を決定する、請求項2に記載の吸気システム。 - 前記圧力調整部は、前記吸気経路の前記パージ経路との前記接続位置と、前記吸気経路の前記循環経路との前記接続位置と、の間で、前記吸気経路の流路面積を変更可能な調整弁を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記循環制御弁が開弁している間の前記車両における要求トルクに対する前記スロットルバルブ、前記循環制御弁、及び前記調整弁のそれぞれの開度と、前記内燃機関に供給されるべき目標気体流量と、の関係を示す開弁時データと、
前記循環制御弁が閉弁している間の前記要求トルクに対する前記スロットルバルブ、及び前記調整弁のそれぞれの開度と、前記目標気体流量と、の関係を示す閉弁時データと、
前記内燃機関に供給される空気流量と、前記排気再循環装置から前記吸気経路に供給される排気ガスの流量と、の関係を示す関係データと、を予め格納しており、
前記制御部は、
前記パージ制御弁と前記循環制御弁とが閉弁しており、前記閉弁時データに従った開度で前記スロットルバルブと、前記調整弁と、が開弁している間に、前記空気流量検出部によって検出される空気流量と前記目標気体流量との間の誤差に基づいて、特定の要求トルクにおける前記調整弁の開度を調整し、
前記特定の要求トルクにおいて、前記パージ制御弁が閉弁しており、前記開弁時データに従った開度で前記スロットルバルブと前記循環制御弁とが開弁しており、調整済みの開度で前記調整弁が開弁している間に、前記空気流量検出部によって検出される空気流量と、前記排気再循環装置から前記吸気経路に供給される排気ガスの流量と、前記関係データと、を用いて、前記循環制御弁の開度を調整する、請求項2又は3に記載の吸気システム。
